The girls that were working were loud and obnoxious. We chose to eat inside cuz it's snowing. As soon as we walked in one girl was screaming. And she didn't stop once she realized there was a customer . Other girl has an attitude when I asked for sauce since I never eat here I didn't know where it was. The tables were dirty and it was not very busy.
And finally one of the other girls was talking to her mom or somebody on speakerphone. None were wearing hairnets

Never eating here again.

My weekness is those tacos (every once in a while).

The workers here suck and have a horrible attitude. They act like you are the bane of their existence and treat you like dirt for ordering food. The food is fine, but the service is hot garbage.

I was in the drive through they told me one second and had me sitting there for 20 minutes without saying anything when I pulled up one car was still waiting… this place is so rude !!! By time I realize no one was going to take my order there was someone in the back of me - so I was stuck waiting for the person in front of me the person in back of me also never got help mind you this was mid day -2 girls were working as I pulled up I thought okay I’ll wait at the window and try to order there they saw me waiting rolled their eyes and ignored me after waiting 5 minutes I left - Never coming back again ! Hire more competent staff.

Tried to stop tonight for tacos on the way to the movie. Employees all dedicated to the two cars in the drive through and ignored us at the counter. We left and went to five guys. No tacos there but didn't get ignored.

Breakfast jack. Took first bite. Did not taste right. Eggs had an off smell and there are green pieces of mold in them. Hope I don't end up in hospital with food poisoning. Please check those eggs A.S.A.P. 1/21/2025 @ 10:00am.

Never gives hot sauce. Like who eats tacos without hot sauce, no one. No one does that because they'd be a psycho. I give up on this place :(

Slow slow slow so effin slow. Prioritize the drive thru but leave a line of customers dining in waiting on food that takes less than 10 mins to make

The immature staffing that works the drive thru is deplorable.
They constantly rush people while ordering, like we are wasting their time or something.

Teach the employees how to talk to people

Not a bad place to go for fast food, I enjoy the menu and the change of just a burger place. My favorite is always the tacos.

Stopped at Drive-through at 8:30 pm, they forgot to give any sauces, fries were ice cold for both orders and nuggets didn’t seem fresh either.

Workers are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Walked in and ordered my food. The wait was a little long because the drive throu was busy. When I got home and ready to eat I realized I got the wrong food. My Husdand got 2 tacos instead of a burger and fries and i got the wrong burger and my eggrolls were missing. Called the store just to get a massage saying someone would call me back. So I left a massage since I didn't have to time to drive back up there. Never got a call back 😔

How did I get charged a different price one day and more the next day for the same meal? And they never give napkins, is that a thing now? Do you have to ask for them?

Absolutely terrible!
Stay away if u can. I was in the drive through for way to long. I keep driving by once or twice a year with the hope that It would be better but clearly is not. I can't understand why is it always so slow, It's embarrassing. They completely miss the point of fast food.
Sad because I love the burgers but is not worth the wait.
