I had a delivery from Jade Dragon on 09/20/20. Jade Dragon used my bank info to sign me up for $9.95 per mo. to Bring Me That. Apparently if you get delivered this is automatic and you are not informed. I had no prior knowledge nor did I authorize this fraudulent transaction. I was able to cancel any further withdrawals by this account by going through my bank and Bring Me That. The restaurant manager was quite rude and insisted I had been hacked claiming I had never purchased there. How could he know? The food is very good and service is good also but I will never eat there again. I consider this very poor service at it's best.

We placed an order at around 6:15, was told it would be delivered by 7:15 As of 7:40 the driver was still not at my home. I call to see where it is, and the woman on the phone talks so fast, and was trying to get me off the phone as fast as she could. I don't care how good the food is, I will never order from here again.

I used to frequent this place but never again. Upon moving to the springs this was the only Chinese restaurant anyone in my household would even consider. Tonight I ordered from them and they completely screwed my order up. I called to have them send me what they forgot and the lady argued with me for 30 minutes instead of just sending me what they forgot. Really poor customer service. I would not recommend, it's just not worth the hassle. Too many other great places to eat.

So usually this is a great place to go. I have ordered 3 times. Sweet Sour Beef, the first order was awesome. The last 2 orders were horrid. Same order, the 2nd time it was chicken, this last time was like spicy chicken. Where’d the beef go? I don’t think I have ever had battered beef before. The only thing salvageable were the cream cheese wontons. I think I will be looking for my own recipe going forward. Thanks but no thanks.

The food was decent at best, they relied too much on MSG on flavoring, and it overwhelmed the dish. The batter was bad as well, the kung pao chicken tasted like chicken cover in bread that was cover in MSG.

We just ordered a large order, and though the price was a tiny bit high, GOOD HEAVENS it was well worth it! They have, perhaps, the best cheese wontons I've ever had. Their food portions were wonderful and large. Amid or order, we got 3 different kinds of chicken, and all 3 were unique, and flavorful! Twas an unexpected and marvelous find! Definitely worth it! Thank you Jade Dragon! You've made our week!

Long story short: I asked for delivery and they missed a part of my order so I called and explained that everything else was here but not what my child eats. He then tells me to look better since the cook KNOWS he put it in the bag.. I emptied the bag and double checked before calling. The guy scoffed and said the manager said we can remake and deliver but ill be on the "blacklist". No need for any list ill take my business elsewhere.
Love this place, my family has eaten a lot of funky Chinese food since moving to co Springs but we’ve stayed with jade dragon since the first time trying it and we will probably never change that! The Peking duck is amazing and you don’t have to wait for it or call the day prior like most places for duck! Also they are usually on time for pick up orders and prior to covid the restaurant was clean!!! Idk now haven’t been in hehehe So five for five!

Have gotten them. Take out twice now and its better than any other Asian restaurant I've ever gotten since Covid. I cant wait to actually eat in there. Perfect egg rolls, the chicken wings were superb and the chicken curry, im not a fan of curry, was absolutely delicious. I knew they were good but, those chicken wings were everything and the egg rolls. Ive never eaten a chicken wing without ranch. These didn't need them, that sauce is so good that comes with them.

By far my favorite chinese restaurant ever. The quality of chicken they use far surpasses any other place I've tried. The sauces have so much flavor and are sooo good. They aren't in delivery range for me but it's worth the drive to pick it up.

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews however delivery took pretty long and the sesame chicken was really soggy. I don't really leave poor reviews but I definitely won't be back here. Maybe it'll be your cup of tea?

The last experience was not so good...Hot&Sour soup was devoid of flavor. Soy sauce did not help! The balance of the food was equally disappointing..I can't even remember what it was?!?!?
