Life under water Midder

Last night it smelled so bad in there like sewer and bad mop water. I swear I wanted to vomit while waiting for my drink I hesitated to drink. I asked the worker what was that smell and she said what, what smell so she either didn’t want to acknowledge the Fact that it stunk so bad or was nose blind to the smell. I was so uncomfortable about the smell I had to throw my smoothie away.

Came to get my friend a smoothie this morning and they were closed. She had surgery and all she wanted was a smoothie I won't be back, ever.i was there at 915. Sign says open from 8 yo 7.

I came in and was greeted with “ welcome in I’ll be with you as soon as possible” okay so there is a wait, that’s fine. The people in front of me walked out and 4 more groups followed in line getting the same greeting. All of our orders were took at once. I understand the girl working was by herself. But it irritated me that she only moved with some urgency once another employee showed up. I got my smoothie and it was very chunky with ice. About 25 minute total wait time and my order still came out after the two orders that were behind me in line with multiple drinks.

I love this place, but hate that they never answer their phone! I'm in a hurry and don't have time to sit around and wait in store. So unfortunately, until y'all discover how to answer your work phone, I'll be goin anywhere else that's able to actually answer their phone, in order to accommodate people that are in a hurry.

Employees were nice and my drink was good. I received my receipt and saw the employee tipped herself. I wasn’t given the option to tip, she applied it herself. I would’ve tipped her either way, but it upset me that she would tip herself on my card??? That’s so weird????? And illegal????

I feel like they are ALWAYS out of oranges for their orange/carrot twist. Otherwise all the smoothies are delish but definitely hi in sugars as most yummy smoothies are!

So the employee told me over the phone when I called to try and place an order that I can't do it. ( Which I can I call the Woodman location all the time and place orders over the phone). She said I have to come in I was on my way to work I didn't want to be late. When I go into the store she tells me that I can't order over the phone and I can't order through the app. I can definitely do both. But she was disrespectful and didn't know her own employee information. I will continue Togo to the Woodman one just to stay away from this location. Bad service it was at 230pm on 10/9/24

I am changing this because the manager at the other store made it right with me. Thank you
