I feel like they are ALWAYS out of oranges for their orange/carrot twist. Otherwise all the smoothies are delish but definitely hi in sugars as most yummy smoothies are!

So the employee told me over the phone when I called to try and place an order that I can't do it. ( Which I can I call the Woodman location all the time and place orders over the phone). She said I have to come in I was on my way to work I didn't want to be late. When I go into the store she tells me that I can't order over the phone and I can't order through the app. I can definitely do both. But she was disrespectful and didn't know her own employee information. I will continue Togo to the Woodman one just to stay away from this location. Bad service it was at 230pm on 10/9/24
I am changing this because the manager at the other store made it right with me. Thank you

Definitely wouldn't come back here again. First time I came in here a few months ago 10 minutes after 7 and they said they closed at 8 but they told me they were closed. Then today my second time I try to use a giftcard and the guy tells me that they don't take giftcards...I'm sorry your store name says Jamba Juice but you don't take Jamba Juice gift cards???? Make that make sense. Not handled professionally at all either.

I ordered my smoothie on the app. After ordering my smoothie a car pulled up and a lady proceeded to go into Jamba. I waited patiently as the lady ordered 5 smoothies but going back forth about what she really wanted. I was never greeted by the worker as I waited at the pick up counter. My smoothie wasn’t on the pick up counter. So I waited and still wasn’t greeted by the worker. After she was done making all 5 smoothies I walked up and told her I had a pick up order. She handed me my smoothie from out of a freezer. Had she simply provided better customer service I wouldn’t have had to wait 10min for a smoothie that was already ready. This was 5/14 at 10:45am

If you’re looking for a job… DONT TRY HERE!!! I went in for an interview and they made it out to be i was more than likely going to get a job here. I was told to wait to apply anywhere else until I heard back from them. I waited the time I was told to wait and began calling. I called over SIX TIMES over the span of almost 3 weeks. I FINALLY got a call from them finally telling me I didn’t get the job. They wasted my time in my job search because I was told to wait to apply to any other job. They then posted a new job listing on indeed. I’m not upset I didn’t get the job but I am upset they wasted my time. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I got food poisoning from this place, never had that happen in 28 years of my life. Been puking and having nausea a few hours after drinking the smoothie here. I also usually don’t review, but this needs to be informed, unsanitary af, probably cause they got one person manning the whole store.
