Really tasty take out or delivery food. Entree portions are always big enough to share, or you can stretch one order to cover a couple of meals. Only three stars for service and atmosphere because the rice is a really small portion especially if you order for three or more, the online pay portal accepts tips, but the receipt on pickup is printed in a way prompting a second tip (can’t even see tip you already paid on p/u receipt), and dining in is just okay (normal strip mall seating vibe). I do recommend the food for flavorful take out or delivery!

Thank goodness the food was decent because the 2 hr 15 min wait for an online order was unacceptable. Called in order at 5 pm went to pick up at 5:30 and after checking twice the woman next to me who had placed her online order at 4:30 and it was still not ready by 7:00 went up and reamed the cashier pointing out a dozen people who came in after us and ordered at the front had been served and had already left. Obviously either they weren’t checking online orders or there was a problem with their system. Either way first time eating their food and it was decent but I will know better than to visit there on a holiday again.

HORRIBLE customer service. We pre-ordered our food 2 hours in advance, and my sister's family also ordered after us but 2 hours in advance. Our husband's go to pick up the food at 5 pm, and my BIL gets his food immediately but has to wait for my husband's order since they drove together. 40 MINUTES Later, I call my husband wondering where they are. He says they don't have our food ready. I call the store and immediately get put on hold, 5 minutes later they get on the phone and I explain how my husband's there and all I get is were working on the food, we need to work with them. No apology, no discount, no nothing. I get a couple of minutes, but over 40 minutes of waiting after we pre-ordered is ridiculous. Then, to have such horrible customer service on the phone and get no apology or anything, just rudeness. Defined lost our service just based on the lack of caring, which is one thing you must have when running a business that has customers!!!

This was my first time going. Delicious food, excellent service. Can't wait to go back. I got the Hunan Beef and Hot and Sour soup

Whenever we’re craving Chinese food, we order from Jasmine Cafe. Delivery is always super fast and the food is great. I order the lemon chicken and it’s some of the best I’ve had to date. Delivery driver is always really friendly. I highly recommend ordering from this restaurant!

Food was pretty bland

We had the best time at Jasmine Cafe last night. Our server was the sweetest and gave the best service. Food came out fast and hot. We got the basil tofu and sesame tofu and added some extra veggies. The sesame tofu had just a light batter that was crispy but wasn’t overly fried/breaded. Love this local spot.

Have been ordering from here for a while and they have never disappointed. The food is also Delicious, they’re always early when delivering, and have never messed up an order.

I ordered for my first time and when my food arrived the fried rice had very little egg and was salty and the orange chicken did not have much sauce. I also was not happy the spring rolls were tough to bite through. I called the store with my issues and the lady argued me the entire time telling me nobody ever complains and refused to fix my order. How about ZERO stars!!!

This is the first and only restaurant in Colorado that deserves 5 stars! Excellent service and food….all of the chicken is super crispy and the food is packed with flavor…its extremely affordable and you get massive portions, we left with boxes full!

I usually love the food I get here. The wonton soup is so good. However, I branched out and ordered beef chow mein. I thought chow main was supposed to have pan-fried noodles--this dish had zero noodles. Disappointed.

Worth the drive. We always order out, and are never disappointed. Good food good portioning. They seem to actually care that you're satisfied and get what you need. We eat vegetarian and they always make sure and modify whenever we ask. It's probably our favorite Chinese food in the area.
