I find it impossible to believe a place is actually bad as this is and is still in business. The bar and restaurant were NOT staffed. We came in, sat down and waited for approximately 15 minutes with no staff at all visible. I went around the back of bar to the kitchen area and there was one person there who absolutely refused to acknowledge me. I never got to order anything.

What a scam. Their POS system was "down" so it was cash only but they didn't tell us before ordering, so we had to use the ATM in the lobby. For some reason they said they could not charge our room. I don't see why not. We were staying for 2 nights and it would have been a quick phone call to verify our room. I just assume they were skimming.We had a toddler and all over the website and in-room signage Holiday Inn IHG boasts that "kids eat free." We were not offered a kid menu and ordered the toddler something from the appetizers. Doing the math (again, not even presented with a bill because the system was "down"), we were charged for the toddler meal. Reading the fine print, maybe it's because we did not order from the kid menu we didn't get.The server spent her whole time at the bar waiting on the 2 people there and she never stopped by our table except to take the order and drop food off. There was also another party at a table but they left shortly after we ordered. So they weren't busy for only having one server. We were given small waters that were never refilled and wanted to order drinks, since it was a full bar, but never even got the chance.The burgers were tasty but, as expected for this kind of place, salty and overcooked. Everything came out except one of the burgers. It's always so annoying when they do that especially for but being busy!

Last night at our hotel and decided to eat in. Very nice bar restaurant with excellent service. We tried the white cheese curds and they were delicious. I had the JB burger and loved it. Drinks were a measured pour and small for the price.

I have never done a bad review in my life. Me and my wife ordered jalapeño poppers and when they came our they were cold like they weren't fully cooked. When we sent them back because they were not edible they gave us burnt poppers. Then we didn't get our 2 burgers till we were there for 2 hours when other guests were being served in 30 minutes. The waitress was kind and comped us most of our meal and the burgers were good but that is the only positives. I am so irritated that this happened.
They don't know how to multi task. Service was not good. The waitstaff and bartender can only do ONE thing at a time, taking care of One table at a time. Rather than go around, see if anyone needs anything like drinks then come back with everyone's drink. It was horrific to watch these people work. Unless it was their first
