I will NOT be coming back to Jersey Mike’s after what I witnessed. The same employees making the sandwiches were also working the register — without ever changing their gloves. They go from handling raw meat, cheese, and bread straight to touching the touchscreen, taking cash and cards, then right back to food prep. Absolutely disgusting.
This isn’t just lazy — it’s a serious health and hygiene issue. I don’t want someone’s greasy money-handling gloves all over my sandwich. It’s common sense and basic food safety to change gloves when switching tasks, especially in a restaurant. Clearly, that’s not a priority here.
If this is how careless they are out front, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening in the back. Gross and unacceptable.

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time!! Wow, super duper fresh, made exactly how I liked it, the relish is soooo good. The staff was super attentive, kind, quick, efficient, friendly, and patient. Clean shop and lots of smiling faces. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's Subs, and they hit it out the park at this location. I will definitely be going back!

Today, 8/31/2024 My grand-daughter and I went to Jersey Mike's on South 8th St. The establishment was filled with a sports team and the employees were keeping their momentum and getting sandwiches made and yet keeping a cheerful attitude. The young men that waited on myself and my grand-daughter were wonderful and made our visit fun! Keep up the GREAT work guys!
