We love the subs here but the service this last Sunday Aug 24 (around 12:45pm) was very bad. I normally tip BUT last Sunday I did not and my order was placed behind several others so I stood there waiting for quite a while. One sub was put in the bag of another customer (and they had to try to find it). Another sub was delayed (since it was done after tipping customers subs). I'm sorry I did not tip but I recently lost my job so I was trying to save money - I had no idea it would impact the quality and timeliness of the order.

The employees at this location are absolutely amazing. Always extremely fast. As a delivery driver I have not once even had to turn my car off. The food has always been done 100% of the time. Specifically one of the workers Michael is an extremely hard dedicated worker.
Every time I am not physically standing there to order my hoagies, they don't follow the preparation request of no mayonnaise. I will never pre order from here again, as this seems to be an ongoing experience that they do not carefully read the tickets.

I will NOT be coming back to Jersey Mike’s after what I witnessed. The same employees making the sandwiches were also working the register — without ever changing their gloves. They go from handling raw meat, cheese, and bread straight to touching the touchscreen, taking cash and cards, then right back to food prep. Absolutely disgusting.
This isn’t just lazy — it’s a serious health and hygiene issue. I don’t want someone’s greasy money-handling gloves all over my sandwich. It’s common sense and basic food safety to change gloves when switching tasks, especially in a restaurant. Clearly, that’s not a priority here.
If this is how careless they are out front, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening in the back. Gross and unacceptable.
