Jersey Mike's Subs

I used to be a GM for Jersey Mikes and I have to be honest, if this was my store I would be either written up the next day or fired. No Bantering, Bev. Cooler was practically empty, no sprinkle board up front, front line wasn't 9:59 the store just didn't look up to par with JM standards. Probably wouldn't come back to this loction. Wasn't appealing to the eye..

Call the store to verify what time they close. employee States 9:00 lived few minutes away called at 8:30 showed up 15 minutes before close. With the door still unlocked. Went up to order and was told they Closed the store early. And there was another customer in who had just gotten their order. They stated they have to close early per company policy and they can't serve nobody. When your shop Say they close at 9:00. If someone comes in right at 9:00 I can understand that or even a minute or two before 9:00 but 9:00 is 9:00

The sandwich was great, the service from the ladies behind the counter was great. However I didn't appreciate the young man barely in the back room commenting on my weight within earshot, very unprofessional.

Good food, but staff was incredibly rude

I place online orders very frequently and very disappointed. I placed my order 20 minutes before the customer at the counter and still have to he the last to be served!! That makes zero sense to me.

Set a nerve 5 minutes didn't get weighted on guess they don't like business

Order from a different location, they don't read the order tickets and put whatever ingredients on your sandwich and don't call up there, the kids pick up the phone greeting callers with a yo, then talk to other people while on the phone with you and then hang up. Not worth your time, there are other locations

Excellent sandwiches! A little pricey but good portions. It's a simple spot and I'll go back.

The young girls working this sunday seam disorganized and rude.

Don’t go to this one. They just never make their orders correct or with quality.

26, 55, 13, 43. Got 1 sandwiche correct. Then when I asked for a new sandwich, dude started to peel the tomatoes off instead of making a new one. Bogus staff. Incompetent service. Save your money. Even tipped $15. Worst experience.

We were very disappointed with our sandwiches tonight. The bread was very dry and stale, which ruined what otherwise would have been good sandwiches. It was like having a dry sponge as bread. I’ve never experienced this at any other Jersey Mike’s before, so it definitely turned me off from visiting this particular location again.

Jersey Mike’s used to be our favorite place to grab a sandwich. Unfortunately, the last 2 times we’ve ordered from DoorDash, the sandwiches have been absolutely awful. Missing ingredients, stale bread, an ungodly amount of cornmeal on the bottom of the bread, and a mangled sandwich. Smushed to oblivion. It seems as though whoever they’ve hired recently not only doesn’t care, but is actually angry about their job. When I spend that much money on a sandwich, I shouldn’t have to use my own ingredients to finish making it and I shouldn’t rip up the roof of my mouth on stale bread trying to eat it. We won’t be ordering ever again.

I ordered two cold subs and one hot. I waited 40 minutes in store for the hot sub to get put on the grill. Wasn’t the workers fault. They were clearly understaffed. And they appeared to have a million online orders they had to do too. But I won’t be returning. Just wanted a quick bite and a sandwich to take home and it ended up taking forever. Sucks to watch other people get their whole order and dozens of sandwiches get made for online orders while your last part of your order is being neglected. Appears to be bad management.

It seems like you guys are always too busy to keep up with getting the online orders done on time. So besides having to wait 10 minutes longer than when I was told to pick up my sandwich, the food was great.
