The food was OK. The worker said the bread was “toasted…” the bread was cold so it was a little frustrating because my partner and I don’t like cold bread. The tables were pretty dirty and the workers were more into going towards the back and talking to each other.

I only leave bad ratings for places that either make bad food or can't manage to get the orders right.This location sucks at making sandwiches in general, not just unable to follow the written order for a sandwich. Our chicken philly sandwiches were soggy, luke warm and missing key items specifically ordered for each. Would I recommend them? Are you already high?And if this isn't enough of a problem.......they keep their business phone off the hook so you can't call to complain.

It's been a while since I have been here but the crew working today was on point. I asked for suggestions and the gentleman was nice and friendly. I believe this is a direct reflection on the Gm. First time trying the 43 and WOW.... kinda crazy because the 4 people behind me all ordered it. Thank

There's something off about this location. Whether it be the lackluster employees or the haphazardly thrown together subs, I don't think I'll be back after this. There was no sweet tea and the place was a dirty mess including the floors and most of the tables. I'll look for better

Got food from this location 20 minutes ago and found out they substituted one of my items cause they were out of what I originally ordered. They didn’t let me know they were out when I went in to pick up my food and just decided themselves that I was fine with whatever. On top of this I didn’t realize till I was already home, meaning I had to call them. I had to call the store 13 TIMES before anyone answered me (mind you my gf called first and they disconnected the line when she kept calling). Was finally answered by Christian, who honestly sounded intoxicated and was barely comprehensive, just to be told that “he doesn’t know”. Please go to a different jersey mikes y’all ???‍♂️

I enjoy jersey mikes, I really do, but this location makes me want to stop coming. Every single time I come in to this store, the guy which I’m assuming is the manager as he’s there every single time I come in, has a MASSIVE attitude. I’ve never seen someone be so disrespectful every. Single. Time. I come in. There is not a single instance where this store has had an attitude problem towards their customers. None of them act like they actually want to be there (understandably so sometimes, but don’t treat your customers that badly). The manager really needs an attitude check. Today he asked me “Are you going to order?” In a hostile tone rather than asking me what I would’ve liked. I’ve had instances where I needed to order multiple subs and instead of asking me if I wanted anything other than the one sub he would ask the next person in line causing me to wait for him to start checking me out to say “ you can check the next guy out, I needed another sub.” I don’t like verbally confronting someone at their workplace, but I’m really tired of this behavior from this guy. I’ve watched him disciple lower employees in an extremely unprofessional way to the point of getting within an inch of a young woman’s face, and yelling at her for not being fast enough on the makeline. When he makes orders he’s throwing the product and slamming things. Even today he quite literally slammed the bread knife on the counter for his coworker. Please do something about this man.

Wondering why I can't get consistency here. Ordered a bacon ranch sandwich. Got a sandwich with bread that was soggy, not even toasted and drenched with the drippings from the chicken. Won't be back!

Ordered online through the app for delivery from this location yesterday and after being notified that my food was on the way I get a text over an hour after the notification that my order from this location had been 'modified or canceled and to call the store directly.' I called the store, but would be hung up on. I tried calling for hours but no one would pick up the phone and a few times it would only ring once before being hung up on. There is no excuse for this to happen. I was charged for food and didn't get it so someone had gotten that stolen food.
