My family and I visited this Jersey Mike's yesterday morning the young lady that assisted was very helpful and clean. The thoughtfulness in her customer service is something I can say is hard to come by! Keep up the good work!

We’ve had sandwiches here a couple times lately and it’s hitting each time.

The turkey provolone and the cheesesteak both very good.
And they are staffed well. Get in and out quick. Been a dependable lunch spot.

I get Jersey Mike’s all the time, but this place was just ABYSMAL. No greeting, no banter, somehow messed up MIKES WAY, didn’t ask any questions, like here or to-go, name for the hot sub, or types of bread. Overall staff was lifeless, and the customer experience was just not worth it… won’t be coming back.

This location misses all the marks. I ordered a sub in a tub mikes way and ordered additional bacon and the girl was too lazy to not cut up everything I’ve gone to other locations and they instinctively do that. She proceeded to use attitude so I didn’t leave a tip or get more other then what I ordered based off of my interaction with that particular employee.

Let me start off by saying I love jersey mikes.. but this location is constantly missing the mark when you get the sandwich “Mikes way”. It’s always got a ton of extra oil, but I let it go because it’s still a good sandwich. Tonight’s order was ridiculous though and something has to be said. I already knew it was too much oil because the brown bag packaging had oil on it. I opened it and it was soggy sandwich paper and DRIPPING with oil. I unwrapped it and oil was literally pooled off to the side of my sandwich. The whole thing was a slippery oily mess. I’m all for a messy sandwich but this is unacceptable and this location needs to CHILL with the oil.

Every time i have an online order i wait 20 minutes, if i come in i still wait 20 minutes. Communication is awful, with the lil communication ill have, couldn’t even call my name when i was standing there, only slid it over. Awful service & need to be retrained

My wife's currently throwing up and I just left the bathroom myself. I don't know what was wrong with my sandwich but something wasn't great. And we're paying for it. Won't be going back. After reading these reviews it does make sense.

Just watched a guy take moldy tomatoes off my sandwich, not make a fresh one and try to give it to me as if I didn't watch him put on and take off moldy tomatoes. Left without my food, don't go here

Tried to order a sandwich around 6:30pm on 5/5/25, and got the slice of bread touching this nasty rag sitting on the counter. When I asked if I could have a slice of bread not touching this gross rag it was met with attitude, so left and went to Firehouse. :(
Bummed because this has always been one of my go to sub shops!

Used to really like this place but the quality has dropped. The other day, my order took forever, had cheese when it wasn't supposed to and the guest behind me was served day-old bread! The employee said they didn't have the parmesean bread so would it be ok to use yesterday's bread. Not good!

Don’t bother with curbside here. This is the second time that I have ordered here and after 15 minutes of waiting no one comes out so I have to go inside still— what’s the point of offering curbside if you don’t do it?
Also my sandwich was overly drenched in red wine vinegar making it soggy.
Paid $20 for a sub that isn’t even enjoyable.
