Usually this place is alive and food is always great but tonight something was up. The girls seems unhappy and or stressed. I wanted to try the 66. Steak and portobello mushrooms. When they handed it to me it felt like not much was in there.. not one to make a scene I went to my truck to eat. And sure enough there were no mushrooms. The steak was great but... Well try again soon

Line was decent but employees seemed to have on interest in taking customers orders. As I waited for 5 minutes, a manager walked in and ask if the customers have been taken care of an employee said we are working on that. She said so dry and condescending. That was enough for me and walked out. I guess Popeyes wings will be in the future for me. December 13, 2024. 11:45 am.

Got a mobile order and asked for "extra mayo." The sandwich was DRENCHED. I ate maybe one bite of the sandwich where I actually tasted ham. It was 99% mayo, so much that it almost felt on purpose. Won't be ordering from this location again.

This is my first time having Jersey Mike's and I will say this place is impressive they have sandwiches that are bigger than Subways Sandwiches even not to be biased or anything but I prefer these sandwiches over Subways Sandwiches except there's one problem they're more expensive than Subways Sandwiches that's needless to say there's was also a great display of pictures of famous athletes like Nikola Jokic, Peyton Manning, and a few others which I thought was awesome hopefully I'll go back to a Jersey Mike's location again soon

Check your receipts. Noticed a random $0.66 round up charge on mine. No idea what it is for and certainly did not authorize it. If it for a charity of the month your organization "supports", take it out of your profits, not my bank account. I also had to wipe my own table at 11AM. Is that not what you have employees for? Yet another dining establishment or chain I will not be back to. Oh well, keeps money in my pocket I guess.

What is the point of wearing gloves. If you go touch the safe then answer the phone with them on and to back to making sandwiches. I walked out no thanks.

Horrible! Will be calling corp on this location. The man helping me on 11/23/2024 at 6:50 p.m. was horrible! There was two ladies and one guy working and the guy was absolutely horrible! He told me that he’s not listening to me and that he’s not going to be hearing me and take my order. Then persisted to say I ordered two BLTs and I only ordered one. Horrible will never come back to this location!

I had the worst experience possibly that I've ever had with any business ever here last week. My family and I all placed orders within an hour of closing through the app and were almost immediately called and told they had no bread and that if we didnt want a wrap or bowl they could cancel our order. Disappointing, but okay. Please cancel all 3 orders, thank you. The next morning we wake up to our orders having posted. No one canceled anything. That afternoon I reached out to the store manager to see what the issue was. I was met with lies from one employee and attitude from the store manager. She informed me that I would need to get each family member to come into the store for our refunds as there was no other option as we had used a discount code. Now I'm frustrated. I asked for the owner to please call me back and was told that was not an option. That the only option was for us to be inconvenienced to the point of having to each individually take time out of our day to come into the store to receive our refund. We were offered no compensation for this inconvenience. Perhaps, since they had charged us all they could just give us the food we had paid for...but no. We must come in to the store and deal with this in person. My husband asked for the store owners name and was refused this information. My husband expressed his frustration and was threatened with having the police called on him if he came in. Yet we are still given no other option for our refunds. After several days the franchise owner did reach out with a generic copy and paste with no acknowledgement of the fact that we've still been charged for food we did not receive. When I responded to this generic email with the information that the police had been threatened on us he asked for clarification of what happened, which I gave. This was a week ago. Ive not heard back from Nathan since. We had to contest the charges with our bank to get our refunds. What a GIGANTIC pain in the butt and such disrespect. Its frustrating to know that Nathan owns every jersey mikes in the pikes peak region and that he cares so little for his customers that he wont even respond to emails when his store manager threatens them. Clearly we wont be eating jersey mikes unless we're traveling from now on. Such a shame. We love the #55.

All this because we wanted a dang ole cheesesteak and were offered a coupon that made it a must! I'm just dumbfounded.

FWIW~If you decide to patronize this location dont mess with Toni, supposed store manager. She will not hesitate to attempt to ruin your life if you bring a problem they created to her attention.

This location does not change gloves between handling the cash register and touching food! One staff member wiped her forehead while making sandwiches and still didn’t change gloves. My sister in law tried to ignore it but was too grossed out to eat her sandwich and waited for there to be no other customers to not embarrass anyone or cause a scene and asked if they could make a new one with fresh gloves. The employee started muttering under her breath and another employee was like “could you just say something first next time!” So incredibly rude considering this is a major health code violation. Disappointed because I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but will never trust this location again! This staff is going to get someone sick 🤢

Terrible staff. Most awkward encounter and customer service. We were the only ones there and the entire staff just looked at us awkwardly behind the counter. The manager had her child at work, the ice machine is broken and so is the air conditioning. I asked for ALL the vegetables twice on my cheesesteak and the lady said it comes with all the vegetables. I did NOT receive all the veggies . On top of that it was Very expensive for such poor quality and service. If you hate your job and life then do something else…

That Guy

Honestly, I'd rather drive the extra 20min to go down to the 8th street location from now one and not coming back to this location, even if it's only 5 minutes down the road from my house. The dude with goatee is nice and chill but that's the only positive. The sandwhich was cut so uneven it seemed laughable. The lady building the sandwhich seemed lost or high which is fine being in Colorado but everything about the store seemed lazy and little cared for. The lettuce was 90% browned. The side containers of oil/vinegar were maybe 5% full so it'll be a bites worth of coverage. IDK, just avoid this location and hit up the many other ones even if it takes a little longer.
