Experienced store leadership the day I ordered sandwiches for our family. There was no confusion on sandwich items selected and extremely courteous.

Ok location, closest to me, but will be visiting others instead. I am a pickle fiend and to have the store completely out of pickles is odd to me. Much more odd that you wouldn't let customers know prior to ordering that you are out of a specific item. I had my sandwich ready to be topped to then be told they don't have pickles only after asking for pickles and pepperchinis. If I can't trust this location to be stocked with all items I would rather not come back. I put my sides back and do not plan on visiting this location again as I can trust that they are stocked with all items.

My husband and I love Jersey Mikes and it's always our go to sandwich shop. However the past several times we've ordered online our orders are incorrect. Today we received someone else order. This is really frusterating especially since we tip. I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches, when they get my order right, and I love that they give alot back to the community. But if this happens again I'll start ordering from Capriottis. This has started to become an inconvenience.

Went in and ordered fresh, watch them make it. Only requested extra mayo. By the time I get home less than 5 min, it was soggy and cold. But the staff are kind and accommodating.

When I order double meat on the app I get it about 25% of the time. Only time I get it is going into the store.

My first time. I got the big kahuna Philly cheesesteak and a Pepsi. 20 bucks for the giant size The bread was fresh, the meat was tender, the veggies were crisp. I’ll be back.

Always out of rosemary Parmesan bread. The app says they have it but they’ll make it with white and don’t say anything when you pickup. Has happened 4 times.

Throw that disgusting brown shredded lettuce out, You can't serve that to your customers. You got ten teenagers working there all standing around and nobody can shred some fresh lettuce. And you shorted me on the meat, Never again...

My wife and I walked in, all 5 employees were standing in the back seemingly having a conversation. When they saw us, all 5 decided to act busy suddenly as if we were some secret shoppers lol. It was awkward. The only guy out of the 5 cut the meat for our sandwich, seemed like they were on portion control cause that was the least amount of meat i’ve ever seen on a jersey mikes sub. The toppings girl was whispering through the glass and proceeded to drop all of the banana peppers off of the sandwich and not put anymore on afterwards. The entire time the other 3 were standing at the register talking and laughing,
not a big deal just kind of annoying lol i don’t care to hear about your life while i order my sandwich honestly. Anyways, worst jersey mikes experience ever but the sandwich was still alright i suppose.

My hubby LOVES a good Italian sub and enjoys Jersey Mike's a lot! It's his go-to.

Hard for me to get excited about a cold sandwich. I had the club and even with bacon served Mike's Way with added hot peppers and more salt, it was pretty much tasteless. My hubby enjoyed his #5 greatly, though.

Best part about it for me: service was quite friendly and this location's dining area was very clean. Music was too loud.

Definitely one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve been to. I drive a little further to this location because the service is always good and their attention to the order detail when I order on the app is better than any other location in Colorado Springs that I’ve been to.

Vegetarian options: #14 and the Portabello Cheesesteak are both vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options, the #14 Veggie is my go to and I’m not even vegetarian. They also have gluten free bread available.
