New chicken salad is great. Tuna salad to much mayo.

Extremely courteous and accommodating. Helpful resolving issue for ordering advanced store without further complicating things!! Highly appreciated

I went into this store two months ago. As I walked in there were two employees behind the counter, one went into the back where there were two other employees. I looked at the menu board for a minute then smiled at the young lady behind the counter. She stared me, no smile, blank look. I waited several beats as we looked at each other then I said, “Welcome to Jersey Mike’s, what can I start for you?” Again I received a blank look……..hello, anyone home in that head…. The lady who went in the back came running out to take my order.
The only fault of Jersey Mike’s is hiring children who cannot communicate beyond emojis. This is the true State of the Union. Thank you parents who subject the rest of us to your mistakes. Not everyone deserves a trophy.

The bread was super soft and the sandwich was good.

I will begin by saying I love Jersey Mike's!
This location was not at all busy at noon, but all of the tables were dirty. I'm used to that in a very busy store, but this place was almost dead. In addition, I overheard the employees talking crap about customers, that's just plain awful!!
Please clean up your store and your act before you lose your shirt!

I like this place better than Subway.. it seems fresher, and very tasty 😋.. fast and friendly service as well 😀..

My sub had my wife’s toppings hers had mine what a joke.

Last 2 times bread was too hard,not fresh,if the breads not good the sandwich is not good.Wont try again.

Experienced store leadership the day I ordered sandwiches for our family. There was no confusion on sandwich items selected and extremely courteous.

Ok location, closest to me, but will be visiting others instead. I am a pickle fiend and to have the store completely out of pickles is odd to me. Much more odd that you wouldn't let customers know prior to ordering that you are out of a specific item. I had my sandwich ready to be topped to then be told they don't have pickles only after asking for pickles and pepperchinis. If I can't trust this location to be stocked with all items I would rather not come back. I put my sides back and do not plan on visiting this location again as I can trust that they are stocked with all items.

My husband and I love Jersey Mikes and it's always our go to sandwich shop. However the past several times we've ordered online our orders are incorrect. Today we received someone else order. This is really frusterating especially since we tip. I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches, when they get my order right, and I love that they give alot back to the community. But if this happens again I'll start ordering from Capriottis. This has started to become an inconvenience.

Went in and ordered fresh, watch them make it. Only requested extra mayo. By the time I get home less than 5 min, it was soggy and cold. But the staff are kind and accommodating.

When I order double meat on the app I get it about 25% of the time. Only time I get it is going into the store.
