Worst experience I’ve ever had with jersey mikes. I went in today for lunch the guy at the front was over stimulated, my husband and I were never asked what type of bread or toppings we wanted. When I asked for double meat the worker stated “I’m not sure what that means”. Overall just disappointed with my experience at this location.

Greg, Ashley and Julio I believe is their names are awesome they did really good on service with a smile and laughs great to talk to and this is great group of workers at this location. Livley bunch for sure. Sandwiches are full and made to perfection. Me and my hubby do jersey Mike's on Fridays usually and this store was by far the best. Keep up the good work. AND GIVE THEM A RAISE 😊.

It’s was good service but the sandwich bread was hard like a rock

Went in for one sub sandwich meal. Took this young lady over five minutes to ring my order up. She looked at me and instead of taking my order she went to flip food on the stove, pack food for to go order, change the tea out and then answer the phone. Finally she comes over to service me. Not friendly at all. Didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After my total she left to service other customers. Didn’t even acknowledge me at all.

dark haired female at counter nearly got an earful after behaving passive aggressively to me when i picked up an order, today. Second time this has happened at this location.

The food here is ok except when it isn't. I've had several orders arrive on bread so dried out that it crumbles away like Thanos just snapped. Maybe work on that. You'd think a sandwich shop might try to make edible sandwiches consistently.What's even more entertaining is that the crew of this particular store take the phone off of the hook about a half hour before close of business so they don't have to prepare any more orders. I get wanting to close and leave your job. I do. But maybe... do your damned job.

Done with this location, as well as the one in Fountain so I'm probably just done with Jersey Mike's. 3 online orders in a row that you guys have screwed my food up. Very sick of paying over $10 for a sandwich, just to get a garbage meal.

Responded to email with no reply. Does the responses come from a person or just a computer program to fake customers care???? Makes sense with the lack of caring from new employees.Twice now I have ordered from the app to have my order wrong. Yesterday an older female worker gave me attitude said my order was too complicated. Then she asked for the wrong used vegetables from a container all mixed together to use instead of using the right vegetables. Finally after I pulled up my order to show her how it was mine and it wasn’t completely, she took my sub and basically threw a fit trying to fix it with an attitude the whole time. Once she gave it to me the sub wasn’t wrapped and or in a bag and had vegetables stilling out touching the counter. Gross ? another costumer was just leaning and touching that counter complaining about her wrongly rang up order she did… please get better employees

Got subs today & they were the best we’ve ever ordered. The staff were super kind and accommodating. The store was super clean. There was another customer giving them a little bit of a hard time for the wait but he had an allergy they were being cautious of. They still had great attitudes and delivered fast service and great quality. I made a mistake when ordering & they were quick to fix it despite it being my error. Not fun working on a holiday but they had great spirits.

On January 15th 2024 this store closed almost 2 hours early. I Was at the door and was completely ignored. Nobody looked up. Nobody cared. Absolute terrible service. Not a single bit of snow on the ground causing a driving issue. Yes, it's cold but that's no reason to close the business. Could have at least put a note up on the door. I know this seems ridiculous but it's absolutely terrible business move by the manager. I hope the owner sees this

I had some sandwiches delivered for my Birthday only to have a hair in one and the other be completely wrong... when you order on their app door dash delivers it so you go through multiple people until you reach someone who can help.. after being directed to corporate and then to the store directly I was able to get ahold of a manager who offered me a gift card. I happily accepted and waited 2 weeks for a $10 gift card for a $28 dollar order.... cool 😎
Probably will stick to orders in person from now on...
