The food here is ok except when it isn't. I've had several orders arrive on bread so dried out that it crumbles away like Thanos just snapped. Maybe work on that. You'd think a sandwich shop might try to make edible sandwiches consistently.What's even more entertaining is that the crew of this particular store take the phone off of the hook about a half hour before close of business so they don't have to prepare any more orders. I get wanting to close and leave your job. I do. But maybe... do your damned job.

Responded to email with no reply. Does the responses come from a person or just a computer program to fake customers care???? Makes sense with the lack of caring from new employees.Twice now I have ordered from the app to have my order wrong. Yesterday an older female worker gave me attitude said my order was too complicated. Then she asked for the wrong used vegetables from a container all mixed together to use instead of using the right vegetables. Finally after I pulled up my order to show her how it was mine and it wasn’t completely, she took my sub and basically threw a fit trying to fix it with an attitude the whole time. Once she gave it to me the sub wasn’t wrapped and or in a bag and had vegetables stilling out touching the counter. Gross ? another costumer was just leaning and touching that counter complaining about her wrongly rang up order she did… please get better employees

On January 15th 2024 this store closed almost 2 hours early. I Was at the door and was completely ignored. Nobody looked up. Nobody cared. Absolute terrible service. Not a single bit of snow on the ground causing a driving issue. Yes, it's cold but that's no reason to close the business. Could have at least put a note up on the door. I know this seems ridiculous but it's absolutely terrible business move by the manager. I hope the owner sees this

I like jersey mikes but every time I come into this location and order the giant Philly with Double meat and cheese I see the same girl at the grill throw on an extra one half of the steak that normally goes on their Phillies, that is not double meat that’s one and a half meat lol. It really only upsets me when I’m paying $24 for a sandwich that I wouldn’t have to pay anywhere else. I will most likely go to another Jersey mikes and see if they do the same thing, if they do then I will know it’s not the girls fault but the store policy and I will just simply opt out of supporting this business again.

I can't say enough about the progress that they made over that time because they are excellent in all categories now. I really appreciate their customer service and their attitude and approach towards their customers now. They reached out to me and went above and beyond to be sure that I was a happy customer and that the issues I described before were resolved.Since my last review, I've ordered many, many, times and every order was perfectly made and they had zero issues with running out of ingredients, etc.Jersey Mike's is my number one and only place to go for great sandwiches here in Colorado Springs. I can't recommend them enough!I've been to this Jersey Mike's a few times now. It's been my experience, unfortunately, that they are usually out of one thing or another. Meatballs, condiments, bread (like the new Rosemary Parmesan bread), etc. Plus, the staff always seems distracted, or "busy", even when the place is empty. I'd give it 4 stars if they'd resolve these issues as the food is actually decent...
I love their turkey provolone sandwich! I always get it "Mike's Way," minus the tomatoes. The oil dressing makes the sandwich!! And the meat, cheese and bread is always fresh. I try not to eat out very often, but when I do, this is my go to spot!

Update ! They took the time to make things right and reached out again ! Thank yall !!I had some sandwiches delivered for my Birthday only to have a hair in one and the other be completely wrong... when you order on their app door dash delivers it so you go through multiple people until you reach someone who can help.. after being directed to corporate and then to the store directly I was able to get ahold of a manager who offered me a gift card. I happily accepted and waited 2 weeks for a $10 gift card for a $28 dollar order.... cool ?Probably will stick to orders in person from now on...
We stopped by there restaurant to pick up just 2 subs. 1. Both were supposed to be toasted a. They were out on a grill (I guess for roasting). But ended up NOT being toasted.2. I had a little mayo on mine, but when I bit into it, it was all greasy. Not appetizing.3. Both subs were not tasty at all, infact we took the subs with us to our campsite near Ft. Carson which is about 5 or so min away.4. When we got to the campsite, we could only eat a little of the subs because they tasted so bad 5. In the middle of the night we both got sick from these subs. I will never go back to a Jerzy Mikes again.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had. Greg and Mark took my celiac disease (gluten allergy/intolerance) very seriously and took extra precautions to make sure my sandwich didn't come in contact with anything that could have cross contaminated it! They made sure to change there gloves and wipe down and clean the surfaces. They put extra care in to making sure I didn't eat gluten! A big thank you to the both of them for being amazing!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.
