They put jalapenos on my kids sandwich and didn't ask. After scraping them off it was ok,but to their credit it was busy

This business engages in illegal forced tipping. I attempted to pay with cash and was told they could not give me my change. This is illegal and I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau.

The employee was rude about this when I complained instead of being appropriately apologetic.

The building is run down and dim.

I'm celiac and while it may seem obvious to avoid a sandwich place, extenuating circumstances made me desperate and I read online they can make you a gluten free salad. I got a lot of side-eye from other patrons as I described my need for gluten and dairy free, but the employees didn't miss a beat. One employee in particular stepped up and got right into action. I stood there nervously looking at the prep counter covered in bread crumbs, but saw he and another guy go to the back to work on my salad. When they heated up the chicken on the grill, I heard him tell the other guy, no, throw that out and clean the grill, she's celiac. They were gone for a while in back but when he came out he told me 'here is your gluten and dairy free chicken bacon salad, we washed the cutting board and grill and used clean utensils on everything.' The proof is in the outcome --no pain, no regret, no aftermath at all. I don't give it all the stars merely because it's not a place you go for atmosphere or Michelin-rated food, but I got some pretty tasty sustenance and am seriously grateful for the effort they put forth for me. I wish I had caught the name of the employee who took charge of my order to give him a good shout out, but I'll give this review here. If you're allergic like me, be sure to be clear about your issues because it's obviously a bit of a wild card, but depending on the severity of your symptoms (I react strongly) and your level of need/access, you might find yourself needing this option as well. The staff who were present were friendly and helpful for our first visit to a Jersey Mike's. The food was better than average, but not overwhelming. The atmosphere was nice but not anything to write home about.

Staff here is VERY ignorant and lazy. It is not hard to slice a couple ingredients and put them on a bun. Staff here will give you a attitude when they make a ignorant mistake. Customer service is terrible. EVERY SINGLE time i have tried to get something here the ignorant employees always mess it up. Never will you see an employee wash their hands. Not only are the employees here ignorant they are VERY unsanitary. Save your dignity and go someplace else DO NOT SUPPORT this place for you are supporting ignorant lazy employees!!!

Worst experience i have ever had at a jersey mikes, well i take that back. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Employees stand around sroned and do not listen to you when you order and always start making the wrong sandwich. This has happened multiple times since this location opened. The employees are always very slow, just stand around like they do not have a job to do. Employees always start making the wrong sandwich they complain when you inform them they are making something completely different. VERY ignorant employees, will definitely never return to jersey mikes in general because this location hires such ignorant people to work for them. Wouldn't doubt if every jersey mikes hires ignorant lazy people who are always stomed and cannot make a simple sandwich with a few ingredients because they do not listen.

Guy at the counter cutting the meats and taking orders had a giant disgusting wad of chew in is mouth.

On Sunday, December 15th, we stopped at Jersey Mike's for a quick bite before heading to our hotel. Anthony greeted us with a friendly smile and was holding down the fort all on his own. Despite being the only one working, he had an excellent attitude and made our food quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to chat with us, sharing suggestions on places to visit as tourists. Though we’ve been to Colorado Springs many times, it was great to hear his recommendations and talk about our plans. Anthony’s fast service and kindness made this stop memorable.

Called about customizing an online order tonight. Needed a certain cheese on the sandwich and a condiment on the side. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, professional and helpful. A rarity in today’s customer service world. It makes all the difference. Thank you so much.

Pickles or not. Needed a quick bit of food before playing pickleball, the store was very busy with a large catering order but they took our order and standing in the kitchen hit a winner. In and out quickly with great tasting food!!

I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for about three years now. This location has consistently been the best - - best staff, softest bread, cleanest dining room. The Big Kahuna, Philly, and BLT have set the bar for all other sandwiches and sandwich shops. These sandwiches actually look like they just hopped out of an advertisement, loaded with meat and fresh toppings. I tried the new Pastrami last night and, honestly, I was a bit disappointed. It was tasty, although it had very little meat. The pickles and spicy mustard were the stars of the sandwich. But, it won't slow me down a bit. I'll be back again in a few days.

Ordered a couple sandwiches for pickup last night. Both sandwiches had hard bread. You could hardly eat it. One sandwich was wheat bread and the other white so it wasn’t just one type. Would have taken them back but didn’t feel like getting back out and driving down there. If I go there again, I will be sure to check the bread before leaving or will go up the street one block to Jimmy Johns. Bread was terrible but meat and such was fine.
