Jersey Mike's Subs

On 7/31 I ordered a club sub through the app and chose 5:30 for the pickup time. I arrived 15 minutes early (5:15pm) and it was ready to go which worried me and for good reason because when I got home and opened it, it was totally soggy and gross. I couldn’t eat it and unfortunately I wasn’t able to return. I order regularly and expect better service from Jersey Mikes.

Fresh Sandwiches are so good!! I honestly do not even really like sandwiches but I sure like this place! A very satisfied customer.

glad I stopped by! good food and to see 2 girls running it, chopping sandwiches.

don't know what was better, the sandwich or seeing that good work ethic still exists....the sandwich was good, but knowing...there is still some hope...that tasted a lil better.

There was a huge string of plastic wrap in my sub……..extremely gross to pull that out of my mouth. You use plastic wrap to cover meats and cheeses from getting Bacteria and other such things from getting on the food. So to find A huge piece of that in my sandwich is absolutely unacceptable. Sub wasted 👎

PROBLEM CORRECTED....REVIEW CHANGED..Wow!!!! Slow slow slow service 😴 the place was packed full of people. The employees would not make the online takeout orders. Walked out after 20 minutes. Do not order takeout from this store. A complete disaster. Two employees. Crazy 😡 ok. Looks like the problem is fixed. Good job. Review change

We placed an online order for pickup at 6:58 and we arrive on time and are still waiting at 7:23pm. The two guys working have poor work ethic and trucker mouths. After waiting, we had to ask them to finish our order as people are coming in. I’m so embarrassed for what I’m seeing.

Not only did we wait there for 20+ minutes but then they helped two other people before us (which we were there first) they messed multiple orders up! These guys need help in there very very very un professional!!!!

Worst customer service every time I go in I wont be back to that location. Sad because I love the food

I frequent this location and I cannot remember a time I didn’t have a great experience. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. And the food is always outstanding! Thanks guys!

I have celiacs and ordered gluten free bread from here with my sandwich and they just put regular bread on my sandwich thankfully I can tell the difference don’t recommend if you have gluten free allergy
