We pulled up 10 minutes before closing (just got back into town) and the first guy told us they were already closing up. The second guy took our orders with a smile and gave my daughter a cookie! Great service! Thank you Jonathan! Today is my daughter’s birthday and you made her day!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. Rude employees who make you feel like there annoyed to take your order . Been twice in the 4 years living in the area first time forgot some items to go ..this time an experience that was unbelievably terrible start to finish . Stay far away from this store . It’s worth the extra 5–10 minutes to go down the road. I will definitely not be back.

Girl taking my order charged me 1.50 more than it cost when I called the manager he said it was a mistake and that she pressed the wrong button to which I replied she's incompetent and said it was rude to say she's incompetent well it's incumbent for him to put someone at the window. I will never return.

Worst. JJ. On. Earth. Count on an hour for delivery even during slow times. I hate being stuck in their delivery zone. Go to Hartsel JJ if you can. 1000% better

I keep getting the same smug kid who works the cash register. The poor guy looks like he hates his life. Food is good though so I don't care.

Slowest Jimmy John's in town. I'm the 3rd car in line and I've sat here for 15 minutes.

Great food, good price still.
Had a great experience at this location in particular.
This week was especially rough for me, going through family matters.
Today, I was greeted at the restaurant by Johnathan, one of the workers, he had professional and outgoing attitude.
After not even talking 2 minutes to this man, he already could tell I was going through some things.
So when I tried to order, he told me he was gonna buy my sandwich, which left me astounded!
Kudos to hiring a great employee!
(And it was still freaky fast ?)

I’ve been to this location plenty of times with no problem as I live 3mins away. Today I went through the drive thru and asked my sandwich be cut 75/25. I was actually taught this sandwich cut terminology from workers at Jimmy John’s. The boy then proceeded to tell me that his manager said we can only cut it that way this once. Though it can be cut in half. His manager was right there at the window, and he made this poor boy relay this information instead of just speaking to me directly like a game of telephone. The manager had a look of disgust when the boy working asked him questions. What a horrible experience. These kids need a better mentor as a manager. Not one to teach disrespect, and make them feel bad. All over a 75/25 cutting request? Then the boy apologized to me saying, I’m sorry about that. This boy should be the manager as he was kind and respectful. I went 6/10/24 at 4:20pm.

It’s safe to say JJ has hit the toilet. The quality of the food and the way the employees care show very much. Haven’t had a good sandwich here in a year thought to give it a try and was very let down. Just close the doors already, y’all don’t care. Also took almost an hour to show up. Nothing freaky fast about an hour.

Don’t order online from here. They take forever. Drive thru and order for a better experience

Well, I wanted to give this place a change, but I can't get over the young folks who don't want to be there-it's apparent. Every time I go to the Stetson location (which doesn't happen often because of the service), I get an employee that seem very disinterested. They are rude, don't smile, and overall, just give bad service.Lastly, I went in on 4/6, around 1 p.m. And this young gentleman (who was super sweet and seemed new) took my order. He had to ask this lady, with shorter curly hair what ingredients came on the little jon sandwich and she seems annoyed and rolled her eyes. VERY RUDE, especially since a customer was asking. In addition, they got my order wrong; like, how!?I will NOT be returning to this location. Management doesn't seem to manage or train their emplyees. I say this because it's been at least a year and nothing has changed.

Received the wrong sandwich again. Twice in a row ordering the beach club, a standard. I let it go the first time, this time I had to call management.
