Love this place for a quick sandwich , always use their drive through , and their sandwiches ate tasty and fresh every time!

We ordered online and waited over an hour for our food. When we called they told us the food was on the way. When it was close to two hours we called back. They told us the delivery person forgot our food. They made the situation complicated when we asked what we could do. We had to cancel our order.

Normally have a great experience here. Went in drive-thru, Got a toasted turkey tom and it have two pieces of turkey which is pretty disappointed, was kind of like a toasted lettuce and tomato sandwich :( big bummer..

Took over an hour. Ordered it toasted. It wasn't. Ordered crispy French onions. There were barely any. Way too much ice in my soda. Then they just set the order on my porch and took off before I could verify order was correct. If I choose to get food from Jimmy John's again I will not be tipping beforehand. If a tip is earned it will be in cash.

I love JJ in general, but the team at this location impressed me. I had a problem with my order and they went out of their way to make it right. Great customer service!

I ordered Jimmy John’s tonight before closing for my two kids and I and the ordered tracking said it had been delivered. It was in fact not delivered and when I called to report this their phones were not working. I spent over $40 just to never receive my meal.
Awful experience. Took over an hour to get delivered. Sandwich was soggy mush and not edible. Several other bad experiences in the recent past at other locations too. There are better options out there. Done with Jimmy John’s.
The sandwich barely had and chicken on it and I ask for extra mustard on my sandwich’s and never get enough
Shitty. Drive thru customer service. Waited 10 min. at drive thru before they took my order. I was the only one in line.
