Took over an hour. Ordered it toasted. It wasn't. Ordered crispy French onions. There were barely any. Way too much ice in my soda. Then they just set the order on my porch and took off before I could verify order was correct. If I choose to get food from Jimmy John's again I will not be tipping beforehand. If a tip is earned it will be in cash.

I love JJ in general, but the team at this location impressed me. I had a problem with my order and they went out of their way to make it right. Great customer service!

I ordered Jimmy John’s tonight before closing for my two kids and I and the ordered tracking said it had been delivered. It was in fact not delivered and when I called to report this their phones were not working. I spent over $40 just to never receive my meal.

Awful experience. Took over an hour to get delivered. Sandwich was soggy mush and not edible. Several other bad experiences in the recent past at other locations too. There are better options out there. Done with Jimmy John’s.

Came in Friday evening Jan 3rd. Employee that took my order had absolutely no customer service. Mind was somewhere else and seemed frustrated about something. No one now’s how to fake it even in stressful situations these days and it’s frustrating. I’m not from the area. Came into Colorado Springs for work from Denver. I drove the last hour and a half to experience this terrible customer service. Other than that sandwiches were awesome. Be better.

We pulled up 10 minutes before closing (just got back into town) and the first guy told us they were already closing up. The second guy took our orders with a smile and gave my daughter a cookie! Great service! Thank you Jonathan! Today is my daughter’s birthday and you made her day!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. Rude employees who make you feel like there annoyed to take your order . Been twice in the 4 years living in the area first time forgot some items to go ..this time an experience that was unbelievably terrible start to finish . Stay far away from this store . It’s worth the extra 5–10 minutes to go down the road. I will definitely not be back.

Girl taking my order charged me 1.50 more than it cost when I called the manager he said it was a mistake and that she pressed the wrong button to which I replied she's incompetent and said it was rude to say she's incompetent well it's incumbent for him to put someone at the window. I will never return.

Worst. JJ. On. Earth. Count on an hour for delivery even during slow times. I hate being stuck in their delivery zone. Go to Hartsel JJ if you can. 1000% better
