Just ordered the toasted roast beef/ cheddar. Worst sandwich I have ever gotten there. It was not really toasted, it was soggy, and very skimpy in lettuce . Could not taste any horseradish sauce. It was a waste of my money. I should have ordered in Falcon. Very disappointed. 😒

Extremely disappointed in this location! Went through the drive through and ordered a #7 spicy east coast Italian with extra hot peppers and extra oil and vinegar. Of course I don't think to unwrap my wrapped sandwich in the drive thru which I didn't realize you are suppose to do for this location to check to make sure it's done properly. Made it home, to find, they added nothing but meat, Mayo, cheese, and lettuce. I called them and let them know I was on my way, they promised a refund and to fix my sandwich with me showing the old sandwich and receipt. I arrived and showed them the sandwich with the receipt in which they told me on my receipt it said "EZ peppers and sauce". I don't even know what the hell that means. He said that was me saying I didn't want any. Asking for extra and asking for non are two very different things. He eventually made me a new sandwich and literally gave me a cookie. No refund like promised. AVOID THIS LOCATION! They seriously struggle they couldn't even cut my pickle I ordered in quarters they barely cut it in half! I would have been less upset if they would have followed through on their promise of a refund since I had to drive all the way back. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

Was hoping to eat my $20 sandwich inside the store in relative peace. The death metal at full volume prevented me. I kindly asked the punk behind the register if he could change the music or turn it down. After he stared me down as if he was going to fight me, he asked what I wanted to listen to. I just left. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s 2-3X weekly. I will never spend another dime at Jimmy John’s.

Staff did a good job making the orders with exception of including bacon. Miss that one and that’s a biggie however the staff to special had one celiac in our party and the gentleman behind the counter

Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly but potential for cross contamination is still there (bread) however staff will go the extra mile to take care of those with gluten allergies

Why is this place always grossly understaffed? I’m either getting turned away due to long wait times or there is one employee in the store during rushes. It’s almost never worth going to this location due to how long it takes. It’s not the staffs fault. It’s the lack of staff able to efficiently run this location at any given time

What happened to freaky fast? This place was so slow… several people waiting and there are at least four workers. This is the second local Jimmy John’s in Colorado Springs that is painfully slow. If you’re in a hurry, don’t think this place is going to get you in an out quick.

Ordered two sandwiches and after 40 minutes, I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally was able to get someone on the phone I was told “we got big catering orders in. We can still make it for you if you want” If I want the food I’m paying for? When I said yes, I was put on hold again. lol. Never mind! Our lunch was over by then anyway. Bummer service.
