Could not have asked for a better catering experience from this Jimmy John's. Suzanne needs a raise. They were able to fill a large request and did it with such positivity and it was just a joy to order here. The order was even ready before my pickup time. So impressed!

Store never payed me my last check for employment. I called and a manager told me that he could not help when I got upset and told them I would call the labor board, then manager Susanne claimed I was being belligerent…. Terrible management would not recommend working at the store or buying food from the store.

This location is consistently making sandwiches incorrectly. I’ll get all the way home and realize the sandwich is wrong and can’t eat it.
Last week I visited this location and since the employee didn’t repeat my order back to me, I double checked once I got to the window that they had the request correct. I decided to pull over and check before driving home and it was wrong, of course. I drove back through and let them know, they remade the sandwich but Sandra had the worst attitude and customer service about the experience. While at the window, she didn’t even say a word to me, handed me the new sandwich and walked off.
It’s really not a huge deal to make an error and forget a customization, but the attitude is not cool. Highly disappointing.

Nasty food handling. The woman wore the same gloves to handle the food, handle the cash register, handle her ear piece/head set, pick up things she dropped on the floor, then make sandwiches again. She was smoothing out the cheese with her gross gloves. Her gloves looked dirty on top. There was a box of gloves on the counter but she never changed her gloves.

Had not been to Jimmy John's in awhile so I thought I would give them a try again.
Big mistake.
Ordered the tuna salad unwich.
Paid more than $10 for it(with tax). I had to eat more than half of it before I even got any tuna salad. More shredded lettuce than anything else throughout with one slice each of cucumber and tomato. Very sad.
I'll remember this experience and won't be back. I'll make sure everyone I know knows about my experience as well.

We ordered over an hour ago. Never got our food and then they hung up on me when I told the complaint at the yard spending our money. But I wouldn't eat there again or order from there again. Just because they hung up on me
