Ordered delivery....got half my order....was promised that they would come back with rest of order....they did not but would not issue a refund...I call that theft.

Angelo and Jose were great tonight. Made an order online when my husband got there to pick it up the sandwiches fell and they remade them for us with no questions asked. Great attitudes even when a mistake happens. We will be back! Thank you guys for the fast and amazing service!

The service is hideous. The staff refuses to split my sandwich every time I come here. I don't ask much for my sandwich to be cut in half but apparently the staff could care less about it. This is the last time going to this place after the same treatment over and over. I could go on but it's a waste of time to hope for this location to pick up its game.

My friend and I went before close tonight and Angelo was absolutely amazing. As a fast food assistant manager I recommend a pay raise as well as recognition from management. He was fantastic and I definitely want people like him on my team!!!

Angelo!!! Angelo was so amazing to me and my friend tonight. We absolutely wanted Jimmy John's, and we rolled up at 8:39 pm, we wanted two turkey toms, but the bread was still in the oven and had 20 minutes left. He offered smaller equivalents of the same sandwich to make up for it and I asked if we could wait until the bread is done in the oven. He said "absolutely" and made it happen. Please watch this man!!! He would be an amazing manager if he is not already. Recognize him!! It was the best service I have EVER received at Jimmy John's. And it was made freaky fast.

I walked in here at 4:07 to get my daughter a sandwich. When I came in the Spark told me he could help me. I asked him something and going to be rude and tell me the guy at the register can help me I don’t know what’s in sandwich’s. First of all you are making them how do you not know. And second why ask if you can’t. So I waited for Angelo at the register. He gets the stars , I asked him the same question and Spark interrupted us and said no it don’t come with it very rudely. I thought you didn’t know what was in sandwiches. Angelo seen him being rude and added what I wanted. Then you were very demanding with Angelo, Poor customer service he should maybe stay in the back like he said he does and not work with customers. I come here a lot and I may be thinking twice. The bread seemed stale and one slice of meat. Wow. Thanks anyway my sandwiches have never been made this way by your company.
