Ordered online at 11:20 a.m. to be delivered ASAP. It is now 12:10 and still have not received my order. I called and the rep said the driver left at 11:30 with two other orders. Thank you to Daphne the Manager for understanding and helping me get my money back.

This is the slowest jimmy John's I've ever dealt with. Wait an hour for the delivery of a single sandwich ordered well before a rush is ridiculous not to mention the food was warm and clearly tossed all over the place as the sandwich wasn't even put together when I got it!!! It was falling apart inside loose wrapping stuffed in a bag and handled with zero care

This place is good if you go in but delivery is a must avoid. Hour delivery plus they don't care enough to get your order right. I paid extra for toppings and they charged me but didn't add them. Not the first or last time they have done it just the first time I'm standing up to this.

This location is awful. Soggy bread sometimes, hard bread sometimes. The delivery drivers are lazy and slow. 55 minutes for a sandwich just now and they left it outside my apt building. No call/text, nothing. Doors are unlocked, my apt number is on the order, why leave it in the lobby? Yeah I’ll never order from this location again.

So I placed an order and it never showed. I called the location I ordered from and they very rudely assured me it was not ordered at their location and wouldn’t even take my information to check. I rechecked my order and the app location settings auto loaded my neighbors address but I had indeed ordered from that location. I called back and had to fight with the person on the phone just to get him to look up the order. After he looked it up he confirmed I had ordered from them but it was sent to the wrong address as I was trying to inform him. He told me the driver rang the door bell and texted and called me. I rechecked the app to make sure the right phone number was enter and it was the correct number so the driver never called me as I was told. All this would of just been a simple app failure and my failure to re-check the address but the rudeness of the jimmy Jon’s employee on the phone left me so uncomfortable that I didn’t trust the food they resent to me. The driver apologized on delivery but the person on the phone made me feel sick to my stomach and someone who is that rude on the phone would definitely spit in your sandwich. I would suggest eating anywhere else. Worst service experience ever! Call Jimmy John’s if you want to feel so disrespected that you don’t trust the food they serve.UpdateAlso when they re-delivered my food, it was the wrong order.
