By far the best Jimmy John’s in town! The employees are always smiling, patient, helpful, and their energy makes your day just that much brighter! I am a frequent customer and I appreciate all the employees positive attitudes and making the best sandwiches! Keep up the great work!

Awesome service & a photo worthy sandwich… I have been to this location a few times & it’s always clean, staff is always friendly, and the food is always good. However, today there seemed to be a little extra pride put into the sandwich with everything spaced out just right. It was my birthday sandwich so it was fitting. Thank you so much Drew.

I've always enjoyed Jimmy John's, and I don't normally leave reviews for anything, but my sandwich today was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! I got the Italian night club, but I added chicken and Parmesan and OMG it is absolutely incredible. 12/10 would definitely recommend. And if you like potato salad, definitely give JJ's a try. The perfect mix of sweet and savory.

2 hours! 2 hours it took to deliver our sandwiches. They were soggy and not freaky fast. Had we known it was going to take 2 hours, we would have made other plans. Seems like we are not the only ones who are disappointed with this franchise.

I ordered at 5:38 pm. I was told that my order would be at my house 1.5 miles away at 6:04pm. At 6:18 pm I called THE FIRST TIME. I was told it would be there shortly as they were delivering it now. At 6:38pm I called because the order of 2 sandwiches and a drink and chips was STILL NOT HERE. I talked to Isabella the night manager both times. She was quite unhelpful and rude. She ended refunding my order but I had to call again at 7:00 pm. I think if I'm paying a delivery fee plus a $5 delivery tip then I should get my food in a timely manner. This could all have been avoided had Isabella just said that they were busy and to not expect the delivery after 20 minutes.

The staff and food are always great, but it's clear they need more support.30 minutes to an hour+ is pretty normal from this store and my orders. And I always tip 25% + at the order screen. Other reviews have mentioned the wait times and it's certainly true more often than not. This store is basically unable to live up to the business model of fast delivered subs.I sincerely enjoy and appreciate having a Jimmy Johns within delivery range of my home, but I've lived here / ordered from this store enough to confidently say that poor delivery time is the standard here.(Tonight, it's been an hour and a half and it's still not here)

I placed an order and have called 2x its been over 1.5 hours the lady says they had 7 orders come in back to back... at 1 hour the driver hadnt even left now they say he left 12 minutes ago.... if you're hungry go somewhere else.Edit... the food finally arrived 2 hours after ordering...

My girlfriend ordered her dinner from here and it took AN HOUR AND A HALF for them to deliver the sandwich. When we called an hour into the wait they said “the driver is running behind”. If they’re running an hour and a half behind then why don’t you hire more people to help with the volume of orders? She had just decided to go to sleep before it got here and when I grabbed it at the door it was soggy and disgusting. So why we had to pay for that I’ll never understand. Tried calling again to tell them not to even bother delivering anymore and give our money back and they didn’t answer the phone.Looks like most of the reviews for this location are the same and no one does anything about it so I’m sure JJ isn’t going to actually take any action on this.

Dude on the phone was super nice and it isn't their fault but it took an hour to get a sandwich and I ended up having to take my lunch break and just... not eat today.Freaky Fast, am I right?The company needs to hire more drivers. I know companies like to cut corners about actually paying staff and hiring enough team members, but I need executives to start taking pay cuts so we can go back to having adequately staffed service. I don't wanna pay for some exec's yacht. I want to pay for my sandwich to get to me within a reasonable amount of time.This generation of corporate leadership doesn't seem to understand that you have to invest in your company in order to grow and succeed. Lazy!

The “Freaky Fast” motto is a joke! I understand that there may be one driver as the excuse goes… but management needs to step up and do something about 45 minute wait times. This is twice now that we’ve had to wait. The food may be good but there are many other places to choose from if time isn’t an issue. We order here with the expectation of getting our food in a timely manner. “Freaky Fast “ is a joke.
