I go here quite a bit, and I will say, the service is usually good. So I appreciate that! However, there have been at least 3 times when they have gotten my order wrong. Based on convenience I’ve just eaten the sandwich that was given. My issue today was that I was charged one price, but given something that was not correct and $2 cheaper than what my card was charged. The money is whatever, but I wish they would be a little more aware of what they are doing. For me, it’s just an annoyance..for somebody with an allergy, it could be more serious.

Not sure why this location has gone down hill so badly…delivery service used to be great. Now no different than any other place maybe even worse. Drivers are entitled and rude wait at door for tip even when it’s a leave at door order with a tip ALREADY included. Last delivery took 45 minutes and never even got a notification it was dropped off. F on service. Food is good but way overpriced. Do better.

I’m at 1 hour and 10 minutes since I ordered lunch on a Tuesday. Called and was told they’re understaffed. This new corporate trend of understaffed establishments and making the customer suffer needs to stop. $35 for two subs over an hour old is absurd.

Pretty good food! Got the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap and that was good. Maybe not worth 12 dollars but that's inflation for ya.As far as service went, I'm a bit disappointed. We had a gift card and the employees saw us open it from the cardboard packaging. We attempted to swipe it, but it wasn't working. I offered they could try putting in the number and pin manually but didn't get a response. I dont think they tried to, but I could be wrong. I would have just canceled the order, but they already had the food made and would've felt bad to cancel.The employees were very kind, and it's very possible the money never made it onto the gift card when purchased. I'm just a bit disappointed

So placed an online order. Was accepted and charged our card. Show up at pickup time and sign on the door says closed for training our crew to serve you better, however find out it has been closed for the last two weeks due to lack of staff. Second JJs in the area to be not reliable. Very disappointed.
