I ordered on mobile app to deliver to me at work. They were super fast! I can appreciate that. They got my order wrong….so I called back to tell them I was missing some of my order. They said they’d be back with the rest of my order shortly. The driver called and said that they left it outside of the door. It was NOT there when I went to the door.

Best sandwich place ever!!!!

Never waited 20 minutes for a sandwich before :(

Went here on a Sunday at lunchtime. The dining room was clean, and the staff was able to process my order before I had a chance to fill my drink. This was after several people also walked in right behind me. After all the customers were served the entire team moved out to clean and wipe own all the glass and soda fountain surfaces without being prompted.

A pretty spectacular crew was onboard: Chase took our order and Dom and April had it put together in less than 3 minutes. They live up to the company's promise of fresh food fast.

11/10 would sammich here again

The staff is always so friendly. And of course the service is freaky fast! My favorite sandwich shop.

Closed 40 minutes early?

Ordered online for pickup. That was a Delicious sandwich! I think it's #9-Italian? Anyway, online, you can add crispy Jalapeño chips. Gamechanger! I never knew that option was available when I ordered at the counter. But, from now on...

We just moved to the area and were starving! Glad we came here. I usually don’t do reviews as much but this JJ was so much better than the one in our home town. I was greeted properly and the said they loved my dog:) As I sat down eating, they showed true kindness and happiness to other customers which was awesome. Then the nice guy gave my ESA pug some yummy meat and my pup LOVED it! Back at my hometown, they’d never do that! My sandwhich was very yummy, but only one thing is I didn’t get enough of the sauce when I had asked but it’s ok!! Regardless, 10/10 experience—the workers made my day! Thank you!

I don't order from here often but each time I have in the past couple of years, something has gone wrong with my order. One time they completely forgot the 6 bags of chips I ordered for my group. No one ever returned after calling. Recently they forgot 1 of the sandwiches I ordered. Luckily they sent someone 30 minutes later. In that same order I got the jalapeño ranch chicken wrap. They forgot the bacon I added and it had no jalapeño ranch on it. Just a lot of lettuce and a wad of chicken in the middle. It's just not worth it in my opinion.
