I put an order in last night and went in to pickup and realized I put the order in for the wrong location! The staff was super sweet and awesome allowing me to put an order in even though they were about to close. Would highly recommend!! Thank you staff!!

Freaky slow, freaky sloppy. I placed an order on a Thursday night for ONE SANDWICH and understand some nights you are limited on drivers but it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for my sandwich to show up soggy and falling apart. I called the store after an hour and the individual that answered didn’t know if the driver had left yet, thought the driver was coming back but realized he was actually leaving. Never apologized, just hung up. Just don’t even bother with their delivery service - stinks because Jimmy John’s used to be know for their delivery speed.

The food might be ok if it ever arrives. This is the 3rd time we've waited more than an hour for a sandwich delivery. It's unacceptable to call yourself "freaky fast" and fail this spectacularly. If it were possible to cancel my order I would.

Please save your money and go elsewhere. Seems like the employees don't want to work or they are severely understaffed. Walked in was not greeted or even acknowledged. There was only one employee behind the counter and this person was cutting cold cuts with earphones on and did not even acknowledged my presence or look my way or even attempt any sort of service. After several minutes of just standing there I turned around and left.

Of all the Jimmy John's I have been to, this one was by far the fastest. As I was placing my order, the first line prep man was listening to me order and by the time I finished my order and before I even took my card out of the POS system, they handed me my sandwich. Keep up the good work!

Jimmy John’s is generally a pretty good place for a sandwich, never been to this one in particular. I ate at Mici Italian food next door and it was delicious.

Every table in the store is filthy. It's like a rest area on I-70 in the middle of Utah. When you stick to everything, eating is difficult. Maybe try using a clean rag and some cleaning solution on the tables and chairs. Just s suggestion. The food was great. Keep doing that.
