Never ordering from here again. I was charged for an extra sandwich I didn’t even ask for, which threw off my account and screwed me on my auto appointment to get my car fixed and then they made me run my card again for the correct order I should have had in the first place!!!

The food is usually good, and the store is always clean. However, the staff needs to learn what customer service means and learn how to use their manners. I go here often and so far only the younger blond lady seems happy to be there. The other staff never greets me, never smiles and act like it is an inconvenience for me to be there. Also a bit of advice, don't argue with your customers because no customers equals no business, and no business equals no job. I only go to this location because it is close to my house, but with how the staff is, I might start looking elsewhere for my sandwich fix.

I always enjoy a good lunch at this location. The staff are freaky fast but also freaky accurate. Always a welcoming and chill environment. Love all Jimmy John's but this location is my favorite!

I’m addicted to JJ’s and this team never does me wrong on the sammies. It’s at least once a week sometimes that I order the Vito or Turkey Tom and it only gets better and better. I’ll never order a Sammy from anywhere else😍

Ordered take out from this sub place because I did not feel like cooking today. I ordered the 8 oz Hunter’s sub on french bread and my husband had the 8 oz ham & cheese sub. I like their subs because they put a lot of meat on them. Some places are stingy with their meat but not this sub place. Highly recommend this sub place!
Delivery drivers suck, I ordered and put a note saying do not knock since I have a sleeping kid and the delivery came up to the door, threw my food down, and banged on my front door so obnoxiously that it woke up my kid from across the house, then proceeded to angrily slam his car door. And he did all this in front of my ring doorbell camera. I’m not the type to leave reviews but it’s insanely disrespectful. If you hate your job that much, then do everybody a favor and quit lmao

I ordered through DoorDash. I had never tried Jimmy John's before. As a former multi-time Subway employee, I will say, the taste was so much cleaner. When I called to make sure they could keep pickles away from the sandwich, the young lady very politely acknowledged and told the staff immediately. After about 15 minutes, a young man from the store called me to tell me the specific cookie I ordered was out and offered me a couple other choices. And the pesto pasta was absolutely delicious. Absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be ordering again.

I often order catering for pick up at JJ's all across the NoCo and Denver area. So far, this has been one of my best experiences thus far! My order was ready to go by the time I arrived (a little on the earlier side of my window), it was packaged intentionally so that it was easy to serve to many people and they helped carry it out to my car. Definitely will order from this shop again!

The staff always goes over and beyond! Since I am 8 months pregnant I need to have the meat separated to microwave for precaution. The staff is always accommodating and does this without issue. Food is delicious and fresh! Amazing customer service!
