First time ever ordering from here. Spent 60 for 2 subs and 1 pizza. Got it delivered. But I get calls that they can't find my place 4 times I got called. The last time was the driver and she was extremely rude. Made me walk all the way around to meet her every after giving instructions on where to go. I have an infant and a almost 5 year old. Kinda hard to walk in the cold all because she couldn't be bothered to drive to my place. Will not order from here again. Who has to walk and meet their delivery person all because they can't be bothered to drive to you? Just insane to me.

estimates are wildly wrong for delivery, and not just once in a while, no guarantee you get your pizza in twice the time, currently sitting 90 minutes past estimate. they are deceptive and unapologetic when you call for status, and rude when you point out the issue. This is the third time Ive given up on them on the last few years, still cant get it right,

We ordered online for our family. They did not have the soda we ordered, so they called to see if they could substitute. My phone was in the other room and I missed the call. They went to a store, bought the soda that we ordered and made sure our order was correct. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for the excellent service!

Still hungry! I have always heard NY pizza is amazing and slices are huge. Joey's pizza was good, but slices were not even considered big, let alone huge. Super disappointed in lack of pizza. I understand it is supposed to be thin crust, but please don't leave us hungry, especially at over $4 per tiny slice.
Server was kind of rude as well.

As someone who’s lived in New York, Joey’s NY Pizza does not disappoint! They are, in my opinion, the only spot in town that can meets the claim of New York-style pizza, and they’re the only pizza place I’ll order from. The staff is always friendly and clearly having a good time. They have great outdoor seating. Can’t recommend more highly!

Stopped in on Saturday at 1:00 PM during a lunch break, specifically because it had pizza by the slice, which you can usually count on to be relatively quick. Nope, zero pizza was made/ready for all 6 types they offer. Place wasn’t very busy. Maybe I’m a bit dramatic, but this sort of thing just annoys me, I’d be mad if I was the owner.

My hubby and I split their lunch special, 2 slices, 2 garlic knots, and a soda. We both left stuffed. Great food, nice employees, clean dining area .. very nice experience! I will definitely be back!

Got the lunch special, a slice of pizza, garlic knot, and a drink. Fabulous food, great price & super friendly employees. We ate outside under an umbrella. Lots of parking spaces in the parking lot. We will definitely go again!
