Our waitress Melissa was a wonderful person and did a fabulous job. She was great at everything that we asked for and was right there when we needed her. The Sea Bass was awesome and the Pork chop was wonderful

My husband and I were staying in the area and we found this restaurant through other reviews. What a pleasant surprise! It’s quaint decor, but the food is delicious! Joseph, the owner, was our server, and we took his recommendation on his nightly special for Chilean Sea bass. One of the best Sea bass dishes we’ve had. We also shared the Caprice appetizer and it was delicious with plenty of fresh basil and enough for two.

We had an amazing dining experience. The place is nicely situated with the dividers between the tables. That made it feel more intimate. The food was delicately seasoned, I prefer more robust seasoning but everything was cooked to perfection. We have the stuffed mushrooms, they were bland. Oddly they came with a little salad that was delicious. The vegetables were so crisp and fresh like they can from a Farmer’s Market. My husband got the filet mignon. It was so tender and juicy, no knife needed. I got the chicken tortellini. The chicken was the most tender chicken I have ever had. The tortellini was tender. The waitress was amazing. I recommend you try it.

This restaurant was amazing. The food was outstanding. From the sea bass to the pepper steak. The owners were so attentive. We were a large group and everything was impeccable.

From the moment we stepped through the door, it was a first-class experience. The food and the service were top-notch. We finished off the meal with a delicious bananas foster, which was prepared tableside. Overall, it was a fabulous location to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, with thoughtfully arranged tables that created a sense of privacy - an ideal setting for a quiet meal. Unfortunately, quality of the food did not match the ambience.

The escargot was particularly disappointing: over chewy and served with garlic sauce so minimal it barely made an impression. The Caesar salad strayed far from tradition, lacking both the anchovies and the signature garlic flavor that defines the classic dressing.

The main course, which featured muscles and shrimp, was the biggest letdown. Both were overcooked to the point of being inedible, making it impossible to enjoy the dish.

While we appreciated the setting and service, the food left us deeply disappointed, and unlikely to return.

I appreciate the owners response. And yes, we will give it a second try.

I rarely give out 5 Stars and this Joseph's deserves it. This is classic fine dining at its finest. Proper cutlery and the servers know what cutlery you will need by the dish. They serve from the left. They pick Proper moments in conversation to wait on you. This is PROPER service. The kind that takes your plate and when ask for a takeout box and puts the food in the box for you. This is a classic style of restaurant service that is RARE but it shouldn't be. Will definitely be back. That was one of the most perfectly done ribeyes I have ever had. My only complaint is just pick a lane when it comes to music. Can't swing from 1950s music or opera to easy listening and boy bands lol. Other than that, O loved everything about the experience.

We were a party of 3 & couldn’t have been more pleased with our dining experience at Joseph’s. Our server was consistently attentive & prompt in fulfilling all of our requests. Chef Joseph came to our table several times to help if our server was busy. The food was so delicious, we literally could not stop eating until our plates were empty. The beef burgundy was beyond delicious; the salmon did not disappoint; the seafood trio was great! Two out of the three in our party are not from this area, but we will definitely return when we visit Colorado Springs again. We will spread the word on what we feel is a wonderful restaurant that we too feel is a 10/10!
