I was able to quickly order my sushi, I got the Lion King Roll, and it was phenomenal. The service was excellent. The sushi bar was very nice.
Staff did not offer my husband, a first-time customer, an order slip. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff. Staff responded as if they didn't understand me when I asked for fried rice and sauce. Staff was confused, disorganized, unfriendly
This place was awesome! Had a great experience and great food..
I like the way Roy at the Dublin location makes my sushi..He is the BEST as far as I am concerned.
We had a great time! We did the hibachi experience and they did an excellent job, and the overall service was great. Hibachi, sushi, and sake were delicious!
Very good sushi!! Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. We weren’t sure if we could order ramen during lunch since it said dinner, but she assured us we were fine to do so. The rolls were absolutely amazing and very large. Definitely recommend coming here!
I took my 4 children and myself out as an early Mother’s Day treat. Let’s start with inflation is real, and things are expensive. But since when is fried rice a $4.25 up charge when eating at the grill? I ordered the chicken and shrimp. With the up charge it was $48.20 just for myself. We spent an extra $21.25 to have our rice fried. I assumed as I believe most would, if you’re already being up charged for cooking with a show then you wouldn’t need to spend an extra $4.25 a person to have them cook the white rice. That supposedly comes with the meal. The service was slow, and we weren’t even offered chop sticks. If you’re looking for average food, with mediocre service, high prices, and hidden fees this is the place for you.
Came to celebrate a nephews birthday hibachi style but was disappointed with the cook and food no entertainment before the cooking or nothing and the portions of food they give you is barley to get full never coming again
Great Atmosphere Great Food Will Return Soooooonnnn!!!!
Very awkward dinner experience. As a party of 2 (with a reservation for hibachi), we were the first ones in the restaurant at 5 pm (really, we were actually the first guests). We were sat at our reserved spot and then ignored by the staff until 5:20. It seems to us that the staff were waiting on the rest of the table (6 other spots were reserved) to arrive. However, they were a separate party from us, which makes sense to wait for the hibachi chef, but not for drinks/apps/sushi.
I had to flag down the hostess to order drinks and appetizers. After we got our drinks our server took our hibachi order and the manager (I believe) asked us if we wanted to switch to the other side of the table, which was cramped and in a corner. We moved because it was obvious they were opening up the reserved seats for other people.
The hibachi chef showed up and was visibly angry at the situation (of having to cook for 2 people, maybe, or even at a modified combo meal, I'm not too sure). Our appetizer and sushi rolls showed up as the chef plated our fried rice.
The staff and the chef were nice and accommodating after this and did give us a birthday fruit plate/sang happy birthday, though.
Our server left us alone for an hour after that. We sat there for at least 20 minutes after we asked for the check. It had significantly cleared out as well. We sat there for so long after finishing our meal and the birthday fruit plate that a party of 4 was sat. They ordered and were served drinks, appetizers, and sushi. They ordered their hibachi and the chef started their meal. When our server finally took our payment, the chef was about halfway through cooking the other party's meal.
For getting there right at 5pm and being the first in the door and sat, we didn't leave until 7 pm. The situation was beyond awkward, and it seems like they are super understaffed.
The food itself was okay, but not great enough for the price. It was way too expensive for what we got (the veggies were only zucchini, onions, and mushrooms, and they gave a big heap of bamboo sprouts to make up for what is usually a veggie medely at other hibachi restaurants).
I asked to modify their filet and lobster combo to filet and calamari, which they agreed to. However, it was a tiny amount of calamari. I'm used to two full portions for the protein for a combo meal.
The sushi was way overpriced as well, even on happy hour. It doesn't match any of the other sushi restaurants in the area and certainly doesn't match any other hibachi place I've been to.
Not a huge deal, but hibachi restaurants usually have a bit of a show when cooking the food in front of the customers. This restaurant does not do that at all. Each table had a chef that just cooked the food. That was it. I'm definitely used to a little show, which is a part of the experience and why my party went to a hibachi restaurant. It was a letdown, considering we went for a birthday celebration and a letdown based on the cost of a hibachi meal.
Overall, it's not great. It was food, and it was edible, but we won't be back.

I say this with the hope that it was an off night and that they are normally better.
The service was lackluster. One menu for a party of 8 people was inconvenient especially when there was a whole stack that they grabbed it from. The food tasted great but there was little showmanship in the teppanyaki.
It wasn’t a bad meal or experience so I will likely give it another try but I’m not rushing to do it again anytime soon.
I was just hoping for more and it was a bit of a letdown.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Went 11/21 for my birthday with my family, and I had higher expectations that were not met. We first waited over a hour for the chef to start because they only had one working. We did not get any kind of show or entertainment (fire show, tossing food in customer’s mouths, etc.). Food was okay, but it was mostly bland. My chicken was really fatty and my steak was RARE, not medium like I asked. Me and two others got Shirley temples, and they were refilling without asking even though they were only half full and did not inform us on any extra charges on refills. For a party of 6, we were charged over $300 even though we each got meals between $25-40. Tip was not included in the total. For me personally, I have never experienced this type of hibachi with the type of food that was given, specifically mushrooms with steak, bean sprouts, and chunky salad dressing. Will never be coming back and will not suggest to anyone.
