Fantastic kimchi stew
KBop Korean Fusion Café is my next adventure in finding authentic Korean foods. A little further than I'm willing to drive and I was a little apprehensive about the fusion, but turns out they have authentic, traditional dishes as well. Their bathrooms are amazingly clean and they have electronic bidets. The prices are very fair considering the economic climate and of course the dishes are FLAVORFUL. I think i got a little zealous with the level 3 spiciness for my tofu soup 🥵 but i still loved it. The spice didn't overpower the flavor. Will def return for the amazing looking desserts

I've been coming here for years but it's no longer the restaurant I fell in love with. The food has become consistently less good. Tonight's ramen was too salty, the beef was tough, and the noodles stodgy. Customer service is sometimes non-existent, just rushed transactional interactions. To-go orders take a ridiculously long time (45 min on a weeknight?) Saddest of all is that it's lost what made it unique. It used to a be a k-pop themed restaurant, with a fun atmosphere of posters and fan notes and casual vibes, which set itself apart from the other great Korean restaurants in town. But over the past year or so it's gone through several remodels, each time becoming more formal and sterile. The black and white decor is nice i guess if you're wanting formal of sorts, but the place has lost its character, and without it there's no point in returning when the food is also lacking.

The words I can offer are inadequate to describe just how delicious the food is! I wanted to try things I had never had before and I was certainly not disappointed! The Rose-Bacon Teokbokki was to die for! I was a little nervous about the spicy, even though I like spicy, so I chose mild and will definitely opt for the middle spice level next time, but the creamy red goodness was ten levels of amazing! I also got the vegetable pancake with shrimp and some dumplings and dipped both in the provided sauce and every last thing tasted like it was cooked with love! But, folks, the Bingsu dessert BLOWS my mind. Bingsu is basically a form of ice cream. My fiancée and I got the Matcha. I cried it was so good. No exaggeration, it has de-throned my hitherto favorite dessert of Crème Brulee. But guys… the plating was also amazing! It didn’t just taste good! It looked amazing coming out. And the portion of matcha ice cream shavings were so generous!
As amazing as all the food was, it wasn’t the only great thing about this place! What an atmosphere! I love the white, bright, comfortable set up! The tablet system for ordering was so easy! Everything was comfortable and she even let me put the k-pop demon hunters performance on jimmy Fallon on the store tv.
Speaking of the said “she” the owner not only provided top notch service, she was so friendly and we had great conversation with her while we ate and she worked. I am officially obsessed with this place, and you should be too! If you got this far, you have to go now and try it out! I literally don’t think a restaurant has EVER been more satisfying, and I have been to a lot of restaurants.
Thank you so much K Bop Korean Fusion Cafe for being such a wonderful business and to its owner for being such a lovely human being!

This was such a good place! The food was excellent—far from mediocre. Looks like they recently changed the menu and decor and they hit it out of the park. I really enjoyed the egg pancake, green tea shaved ice (to die for), and bacon rose dish! And the owner was so kind. I asked for something spicy to dip the food in and she brought me a couple different options. And all the new, lovely art on the walls is done by her.
Will definitely be returning to this hidden gem. Can’t wait to try more food from here.

This was our first time visiting and it was a charming place. It had a clean cheery atmosphere. The food was so very good. My husband likes very spicy but I am more of a mellow flavor type of person and they have varying degrees of sauces to choose from. Their deserts were so so good, and big! We shared the strawberry shaved ice dessert, I don't recall the name of it. We will definitely go back.

Not worth the price. Over paid for a child serving of bulgogi for an adult. Same for the kimchee chigae and it was definitely watered down.
Delicious bingsu.

I spend 145 for a family of 4. The order was wrong and I was refunded 8 dollars.
