By far the worst experience in over 4 years of being a customer. The tacos were $4.50 WTAF?! I love this place, but there’s absolutely no way that these tacos are worth the price. The girl at the window was the most uninterested, rude, bothered I’ve ever experienced. We don’t even live near their location…we drove across town to be faithful to this place…Monteczuma Grill now has our loyalty. Sad day.

Went here today and spent 100$ just to get spoiled salsa and tomatos and hot soda because the owner dose not by ice for is I am going to call the health department on Monday because she tells her workers to sell it till it runs out the lid on my Salas was full of air ready to pop off and had foam in it grouse I guess her restaurant (los Amaicans) is more important now then her taco truck where she started at if you want to stay healthy and not Get food poisoning stay away from here.

The food is very good but the service and attention is terrible. The lady who served me today has no charisma at all, with her bad face she took my order, all angry, so I don't want to return even though the food is good.

I am not sure what happened. I was asked if I wanted tacos with everything and I said yes. And I got the saddest tacos ever. This is not an acceptable taco. Sorry. And pupusas don't come with curtido or salsa. Very sad food ☹️

They gave us the wrong order and when my husband let the lady know, she just said that she couldn't do anything because otherwise they would scold her, terrible service and with a reluctant attitude. We liked the food here but unfortunately we will not return because of their bad attitude and bad service. When you work in customer service you are supposed to have a better attitude. The lady did not want to accept that she gave us the wrong order later and she blamed us, we had little time to slice so we wanted to place the order again regardless of what happened and the lady did not want to because she already had many orders. We ourselves will not return to this place but I hope they improve their service for other people and for the good of their business.

Horrible service I go here all the time and if my order is messed up I get it replaced. I always get the same thing for me and co workers. This time my order was messed up and the attendant didn’t want to replace my order or give the money back. I had a witness hear me order what I always get and ended up getting different. Definitely lost loyal customers.Muy mala experiencia!

They gave me my order wrong and when I complained the lady told me she couldn’t do anything about it cause she was gonna get in trouble. Very unprofessional. Worst customer service

It's more like a 4.5 stars. Great prices, good food but their gorditas aren't filled all the way. The tacos are super filled, which is awesome! And the food truck is not labeled, so if you're a first timer it's a little challenging finding it. They're just white food trucks. Will be going back again.
