I went with my friend on a whim and proceeded to go back three times in the next two weeks, that's how good it is. I was hoping for great coffee (which they have) but was surprised by their wonderful food, as well. The Hercules wrap was delicious, try it with added artichoke hearts! The club sandwich is yummy, too. Their Ginger Honey Chai Latte is a must try, I hope that will stay on the menu and not be seasonal.

So yesterday I found myself at the DMV on Union and Van Buren St. really wanting to have a cup of coffee and with no Dutch Bro's nearby I hesitantly thought to myself maybe I can try this place. Well I went in expecting overpriced mediocre coffee. And let me tell you I walked out with a raspberry scone and a Harvest Latte that were absolutely delicious, and not to mention I only paid around $9 for this. The Scone was very tasty not overly moist or dry as some scones tend to be, and the coffee was well balanced and flavorful with non of the flavors overpowering the others. This coffee shop was so delicious that I came back today for a 2nd helping. Also when you are there say hi to Megan and Audry, two employees that helped me out. Megan was caring and thoughtful yesterday and I thought it's good that every business has at least one person that is willing to go above and beyond. However when I went back today, Audry helped me with the door and with my Latte's and Scones as I am a Disabled Vet and am currently walking with a cane, so getting through the door would have been difficult but not impossible. Also I did not get her name but the clerk that took my order was very courteous and helpful today as well. All in All I would tell you avoid the chains and give Kawa Coffee a shot, they are worth your time!

What a lovely place! I had their lemon muffin and it was wonderful. Their chai is also stellar as it is some of the best I’ve ever had. Would totally come back and support a small biz again.

Such a cute little coffee shop tucked away. Coffee and atmosphere were so great!!! Breakfast burrito was actually really good ingredients, just one suggestion would be to toast the burrito instead of microwave to avoid it from being slimy and mushy. Otherwise yum! We can’t wait to go back!

The volcano is the best breakfast/lunch/snack/dinner available to vegetarians at a Springs coffee shop. Great space! Good drip coffee!

Not a great spot. 1. When I asked about the Wi-Fi password, the barista made a condescending comment that they don’t have Wi-Fi on that day every week and it’s been that way for a while, as if customers should just know. 2. Bought a sandwich with egg on it, yellow on the outside but grey/green on the inside. 3. Have personally heard a manager/owner talking about how to get people not to stay at the shop for too long, for revenue purposes. Weird that this convo happened in front of customers.
