Showed up today around 2:00, and there were 8-9 people waiting for one barista to be able to make drinks.Everyone was very patient and understood that she doing her best. Some people left after the same barista working loudly and angrily exclaimed that it hadn’t been busy all day then “ Everyone and their mom showed up at once.” For management- She was middle aged, wearing a dark green shirt and she genuinely seemed to hate her job, you could tell she was upset. Throwing and slamming stuff. I get having a bad day but it seemed as if she wanted people to leave. The young girl who showed up to help was working the register and was very kind . I think everyone was pretty happy to wait if she had acted like she wanted customers. I am not sure about this location, if that older lady is working again i probably wouldn’t bother.

I enjoy there drinks alot I'm satisfied with all the ones I've tryed so far.. I try to get different ones everytime so I know witch one i like an so far all the ones I get are good so no disappointment there haven't tryed any of there food but one jalapeño pretzel that I enjoyed

We visited on Tuesday between 12:00 and 12:30 p.m. While we were ordering, my husband leaned in closer to hear the employee better. It was so unexpected when, instead of offering any assistance, she placed her elbow on the counter, shook her head, and began mocking him. This response was not only unhelpful, but also unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially since there was no reason for it. The entire experience felt unnecessary and disrespectful. We were really taken aback by her attitude and, frankly, didn’t feel welcome at all. After that, we decided to leave. It was a disappointing interaction, especially since we had been looking forward to our visit.

The only employee on 10/20 around 5:45pm was horrendously rude to me and my boyfriend when we were simply waiting to order. She started making snide remarks about how she didn’t want “my man” and how she was a 36/37 year old woman with kids. We DO NOT know what provoked her but she was incredibly immature and aggressive in her words towards us as the customer. She then left for the back and wouldn’t come back to take our order so we left. This is our complaint to Keva Juice so we hope you can resolve this. She also made a joke to another customer about pretending to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community which wasn’t personally offensive to us but nonetheless not appropriate when she is at work. We had also already been patiently waiting first in line for about 20 minutes at this point.
Update: We think she was mad because we put a pair of lost glasses (that had been left by someone in a chair) on the counter and we didn’t interrupt her to tell her? Maybe that’s why she was so vicious towards us?
