I've been here 3 times now and it's been great every time but one occasion the staff was playing heavy metal at too high volumes. The smoothies and acai bowls were very good! I got a wheatgrass shot in two of my three smoothies and all in all I am very satisfied with the results. There just needs to be a clear list of genres that are allowed in the store because loud metal music isn't really the vibe. Still 5 stars though!

I bought a $30 cup and requested my drink be put into the new cup. The guy didn't even take out the paper at the bottom and poured my drink into the cup. That has to be one of the laziest things I've ever seen. Love keva juice, but ill take my business elsewhere with better customer service.

I like this place, tends to be pretty good quality smoothies and drinks (which would be the only thing I recommend here). But it baffles me that only one person was working and making everything and another was washing dishes and going to a back room while there was a line. Poor girl is running around and doing three orders at once. She got mine wrong, but can’t blame her when she’s got so much on her plate and she’s doing every part of the service by herself despite two others on staff. Didn’t even want to ask her to remake it on account of feeling bad she already had other orders. Something management should take into account that everyone should be helping out when front of store is busy.

Didn't know Kevan juice was self service. I come in for a delivery, stand there for 5 minutes while employee was just looking at me then asked if I'm there for a pick up. I say yes then he just points at the freezer and said I quote "its over there". Then when I asked multiple times for a drink carrier he points to behind the register and said they are right there. I'd understand if they where like busy but nope only one other person was in the store.
