Borderline shocked because we had such a normal, straightforward initial interaction into a smart ass remark for no reason at all that made my jaw drop. Then watched him yell at a door dasher for a misunderstanding on DoorDash’s part.
You don’t really have to be kind if that’s too exhausting for you but isnt it so much harder to be a flat out asshole?

Keva Juice has been my favorite smoothie place since I was very little. I used to go to there Albuquerque locations all the time when I lived there so when I moved to Colorado I was so happy to hear they had a location in the Springs. I live in Denver so when I visit the Springs I really look forward to it. The smoothies are always great. The manager on the other hand can work on his attitude. I understand being stressed. I used to work in customer service too, but that give you no reason to have a smart ass attitudes and to act passive aggressive to customers because they have a request you don't want to deal with. If your job is just so stressful and annoying go find something else.

The management of this store? Clearly terrible. Every time I’ve been in, they’re operating on skeleton staff (and from the sounds of it, that’s the norm, to make employees run a store alone for hours on a busy day). The employees do the best they can, but are clearly stressed and spread way too thin. Employees are doing the best they can, but management clearly needs to do a better job supporting their employees.

Payed $30 for 12 chocolate covered strawberries that weren’t priced on the menu and then waited over 30 minutes for them because they “forgot to make them”. There are so many great options around I recommend avoiding this spot.
Got an açaí bowl that was absolutely delicious! And the staff was friendly and personable. Great experience!!!

My girlfriend and I experienced such welcoming energy here! There were 3 lovely ladies working that were super friendly and helpful in providing our orders. The smoothies they made were delicious and the wheatgrass shots were quality.
It’s sad to see reviews from customers who claim to “love this place” and gave a 1 star review just from ONE bad experience. People seem to only want to share bad experiences over the many positive ones.

I've been here 3 times now and it's been great every time but one occasion the staff was playing heavy metal at too high volumes. The smoothies and acai bowls were very good! I got a wheatgrass shot in two of my three smoothies and all in all I am very satisfied with the results. There just needs to be a clear list of genres that are allowed in the store because loud metal music isn't really the vibe. Still 5 stars though!
