I deliver online orders for their customers, and my little girl had to use the restroom and was told if I don’t buy anything that she cannot use the restroom….. This was their Nevada store in Colorado Springs …. I hope people realize the greed that you guys have And don’t support you

Horrible pretzels,I called restraint and manager would not replace them or credit my money back.He was no nice or helpful,he told me this wasn't his problem. I'm very upset because now I'll have drive 20 miles to get to the other one but it's worth it cause he was rude

Horrible, slow service. Guy behind counter walks around in a half-high daze and would rather take orders than prepare them. Maybe it's just me, but 10 minutes to blend a smoothie is a bit excessive. Note: do not tip these guys. I'll tip for service, but if you're not gonna make my order WHEN I place it, why should I tip you?
