Ordered food about $50 worth for a mild get together. just got biscuits... And just two at that.. do better

My order was wrong even though I repeated my request twice after paying. I ordered all 4 pieces to be legs/drumsticks. I received 1 drumstick, 1 thigh, 1 very tiny piece of wing which my kids won’t touch and 1 breast. This was a waste of time and money. With only 1 leg being eaten by my 2 year old. The thigh is too fatty, the tiny wing, both of which no one touched. I took the fried part off the breast before I ate that the next day but I was buying so the babysitter could just give it to my 2 kids. The worst part was there was so much grease/oil, it leaked out of the box “, the paper bag and left an oil stain on my car seat. The reason I order all legs is because my kids won’t touch anything else. A year ago, the chicken pieces were large and that made it a great deal so I was ordering KFC at least twice a week. But since the $5 menu appeared sometime earlier this year, the chicken legs are small and looks deformed as if someone took a section off to make chicken tenders. Every time I have ordered drumsticks, it has one side missing. I believe to compensate for the $5 menu, KFC now buys much smaller sized chicken. Although I’m not sure why the legs are always missing a side on the legs. It’s every single time! I’ve tried the Tuesday 8 legs for $10 and it is not a good deal because 2 drumsticks now equals 1 large chicken legs prior to the $5 menu. One leg used to fill up my then 3 year old. Now, 7 months later she eats 2-3 legs n still isn’t satisfied. The wing measured about 2”. I’ve never seen anything so small and ridiculous. I can see back into the kitchen from the register and it always looks chaotic. The floor is dirty. The cashier was very nice but there’s a back up of customers waiting for their order. A person who brought out an order and knocked over a cup of Mountain Dew. So there were a lot of people standing near the pickup area n one of the worker had to stop n mop up the floor and wipe off the counter top and side of the counter top. There has to be a better reason to go to Woodmen location but there no longer is a reason to eat at KFC. It used to be the chicken pieces were large but with small pieces of chicken this is no longer a place of value. I switched from Popeyes to KFC 2 years ago. Now I’m switching back to Popeyes.

I don't usually go to this KFC. They seem to keep changing the menu. I wanted some chicken tenders so looking at the menu without my glasses, I saw tenders up there. I go to order a 5 pc tenders, just the tenders. I was told they only had 3 and 8 pc the other ones listed on the menu above the counter were combos. I asked her why they didn't have just tenders listed on the menu. She didn't know. I left and I won't be eating from there again.
Worst location ever. Complete incompetence. Filthy store. Poor service. Took over 30 mins for a famous bowl, missed my lunch. Had no time to enjoy my food. They refused to cancel or refund my order. Support ridiculous.

Stopped here for lunch before heading home, and the manager, Kaitlin is amazing!! She is super friendly, and you can tell she is hard working and does a wonderful job. We would stop here to eat again just because of her! 😊

Quentin the cashier was very nice and helpful. It was apparent he really cared about the people he was serving. The younger girl in the back (1:30pm on 10/14/24) was very agitated and had a massive attitude. Quentin seemed like he was trying to pick up the pieces quite a bit. He even apologized to a customer for how she was acting and made an excuse for her behavior.
The young lady tending the cash register was very lovely and attentive, but the older woman in the back was rude and ruined our experience. She was trying to close the restaurant at 7:20, gave us nasty looks as we were ordering, when we received our food she literally dropped it on the counter with a condescending smirk, and as we ate she flickered the lights on and off… it was dehumanizing to say the least.

When I arrived I was told I was early and the food was not ready. Then I was told someone else picked up my order. After confirming I was me 4 times as they “didn’t want me to get doubles” though they knew I didn’t get any food while I was there. Trying to say someone else had my confirmation but when I first got there no one asked about a confirmation so I know that was a lie. My food was wrong when I got home. Chicken sandwich is 2 old chicken strips and the extra biscuits were missing. After having me there over 30 mins if they could t make the sandwich they should have taken it off of my order.

The night shift here is horrible first they accused me of already getting my order when I clearly didn't was even willing to have them roll back the cameras then after I waited for 30 more mi s they messed my order yp all the chicken looked horrible didn't even give me the right sides and the staff here r so rude like everytime I've came here at night it's been something like do ur job

I see no reason to return. For the prices KFC charges, the chicken should be FRESH! So keep your chicken KFC, I can make better.

I was picking up a GrubHub order and the gate was closed, giving the impression they weren’t open. I let a manager at WalMart know and they pushed the gate open to let me in. I called for someone and she kinda stormed out with a terrible attitude. She was really rude but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience there. You can tell there’s plenty of places like this who don’t seem to care about customers and cleanliness anymore.

It’s my first time buying here and the truth is that I didn’t like the attention and the chicken we bought is raw; and salty so unfortunately it wasn’t my lucky day and my recommendation is that they improve in the attention and cooking of the food

The staff is very rude and unappreciative of having a job in a first world country. The hard work of there parents and grandparents. Store is as dirty as there attitude. If it wasn't in a Walmart I wouldn't believe it would stay open.
