Order a Famous bowl come and asked for No Corn. Well got the bowl and had lots of corn in it. Only ate some of the chicken and tried to pick threw the corn and eat some of the mashed potatoes but couldn't get much. Wound up throwing it away . What a waste

Gave us the most SOGGY extra crispy I've ever had. For half a hundred bucks? Teach your employees that $50+ per family meal is a lot of money these days and to make sure the quality is up to par. What if they wasted $50+ on their minimum wage, 27 hour paychecks? Yea I remember working fast food but I never gave the customer anything but quality.

Ordered on app, but for some unforseen reason, it didn't appear on restaurant's end. Staff and management very professional, and handed me my order upon showing receipt. In terms of overall service, this is probaby the best KFC in Colorado Springs. Crew is very professional and attentive, and food is delicious. Maybe the other KFCs could learn from this one.

Worst decision ever made went over to KFC to this location and ordered a online order and got raw food and bad attitude what we need is more cooked food and less attitude smh 💯👀🤔
Chicken should be a little crunch not slimy. That is why we so really get chicken when we look for a place to get food to take home we like to eat the skin but when it's slimmy it's not worth it.
Parking: Very large parking lot and easy access for all people.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled I found easy access and employees were very helpful and courteous you don't find that often in fast food restaurants nowadays.
