I came in today with an Uber eats order that had a little bit of a wait and Ever was the one that helped me out and she is an amazing worker and went above and beyond the call of duty to help make sure my wait as short as possible, and as comfortable as possible! She deserves a raise!!

Okay I'm not exaggerating when I say this. This IS the BEST KFC in Co Springs. No joke. Every time I got here, the food is hot, the chicken is juicy, everything is made fresh, and you can tell the people here care. Erik, GG and David are an amazing team.
GG is always so kind and helpful and actually acknowledges you when you walk in the door! AND literally offers you a drink while you wait for your order! What?
Then when you want sauces, the sauces aren't charged at $1 per sauce, they actually ask you what you want and don't charge you!
This is unheard of in fast food. Usually if I want sauce it turns into WW3 to get any, and you have to pay an extra $5+ to get the sauces you actually want.
The inside is actually clean! So you can sit at a table and eat rather than sitting in someone else's crumb fest. No thanks.
The generosity and thoughtfulness and attention to detail here is bar none. They literally make my entire day whenever I go here, I will drive 20 minutes out of the way JUST so I can go to this location!
THIS is how KFC is supposed to be. As you see the sandwich they gave me looked better than the commercials!! And it tasted absolutely incredible. It was piping hot, and juicy and you could tell someone takes their job seriously.
Please disregard every review that's older than a year, there is a new team here and they are kicking butt.
If every kfc was like this one, I think they would have taken over the world by now. No joke.

I have had such a wonderful experience every time I have visited this location! The staff is the friendliest you can find, Cassie especially! She really helped me navigate the menu (which has so many yummy options) and I ended up more than satisfied with her suggestion to try the new sauced tenders. The restaurant itself was spotless also- which i feel like is not something you see these days. Cassie and her staff are excelling at running this place!! 10/10 recommend every time!!

The KFC on Galley and Academy in Colorado Springs has horrible customer service. We pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and they had an attitude in their tone, acted impatient for us to order. We pull up to the window and its nothing but dirty looks from all 3 of the girls working in that station, they were rude as hell and when they practically shoved our bags in our hands looking at us like we did something wrong, we thanked them for the food and the girl just slammed the window in our face and rolled her eyes, ignoring us. It was the worst drive thru experience I've had in a long time. Like people, hello, its not my fault you have to be at work, dont take it out on me. Doesn't anyone believe in service with a smile anymore?

Order a Famous bowl come and asked for No Corn. Well got the bowl and had lots of corn in it. Only ate some of the chicken and tried to pick threw the corn and eat some of the mashed potatoes but couldn't get much. Wound up throwing it away . What a waste
Honestly the Chicken from Walmart is way better, and probably $25 less than what I paid. Ser

Gave us the most SOGGY extra crispy I've ever had. For half a hundred bucks? Teach your employees that $50+ per family meal is a lot of money these days and to make sure the quality is up to par. What if they wasted $50+ on their minimum wage, 27 hour paychecks? Yea I remember working fast food but I never gave the customer anything but quality.
