Uncooked chicken that nonetheless took 11 minutes to get as their only customer. Wrong drink that I was Over-charged for anyway. DONT GO!

When we got our food through the drive through it smelled and tasted like cigarettes. It was absolutely disgusting and we will not be going back.

I got 1 bbq sauce and 1 kfc sauce for an order of 2 sandwich meals. I asked if I could get more even at the cost of the sauce. I got denied due to an inventory issue and the sauce not being able to be rung up in the POS machine.

This place always has an extremely long wait time.
Tonight it was 40 mins for two 5pc tender meals.
Crazy! They are apologetic but honestly a warning that it’s gonna take almost an hour would be nice. They don’t say hello at the drive thru so you sit there until they feel like helping you. Definitely don’t go if you are in a hurry!

I have been getting the famous bowl on Wednesday's for years so that I can get it with the white country gravy. Today I was told they aren't allowed to make it like that. Won't be back.

Rolled up after lobby hours , went through drive through only to find out the deal was online only - we pulled out & ordered - although kind of annoying you need to drive through ,a 2nd time just to inform them you placed the order ? Maybe a question “ what car are your in “& then are told to go back to the front - However , the service was quick and EXTREMELY polite - they were so polite at the drive through originally & our 2nd trip back though - She couldn’t have apologized enough for the online only set back - the gentleman whom brought our food out , also SUPER. Kind - Food was perfect ?❤️

This is the worst kfc of the zone, it's the 3rd time they canceled the order like 1 hour after they told us they're already "wrapping up the order"
Is the worst way to purchase to delivery they always have something to say and don't send us the order and just got canceled the orders, like I said It's the 3rd time we try to bought some food and always happens the same. Horrible experience

I would been okay with her not hearing me correctly and giving the wrong food but when we go back in there she didn't take responsibility for her side of it. Then they Gave us chicken without ketchup like I asked for. Get all the way to the park and no ketchup. The prices are bad enough at least you can do is give us the stuff we ask and pay for.

The customer service was horrible except for the one young man who greeted and took my order originally.
I am not at all in shock when I hear vulgar music and language. I was not in shock to hear it in the store but I was completely disappointed in the vulgar racial slurs and curse words blaring out of the radio
In the restaurant.
Whomever the Manager is in this store needs to do a clean sweep with his early evening staff. So extremely unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful to all who enter to order or pick up food.
This is not just a warning situation this should be an absolute dismissal of their position.
By the way they carried themselves I do believe they would be relieved as they looked as though they hated their job and didn’t want to be there.
The young woman who I asked about the specials… had no idea about specials and was not even willing to find out.
The young man who gave me my food dropped it on the counter rudely… did not hand it to me though I was right there…as I said thank you… I received no response… so I said I appreciate it louder and again no response.
I say to you… the manager… if you have cameras in your store… look at the footage from today around the times of 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
So embarrassed for this store and for all who are exposed to this restaurant and these 2 employees.
Where is the customer service training? Is it that difficult to find decent employees that are grateful to make a paycheck?
I have a 3 year old grandson who I almost brought with me to get some food… I promise if I brought him in with me and that music was playing with him there… I would have asked for the store managers information as well as put in a formal complaint to whomever is the chain owner.
I still may put in a complaint to chain owner as I am certain he would appreciate to know how his store is being represented.

Blows me away how literally every single KFC these days is a dysfunctional mess! I used to love to eat here when I was younger but I don't know what's happened over the last few decades. You will always wait a very long time for your food, they are always terribly understaffed, and the chicken is just absolutely terrible compared to what it used to be like. Tonight I figured I'd give them another chance and I went in to pick up a doordash order and it reminded me of why I have not walked into a KFC now for 2 years. I will not ever walk into one again after tonight. How do businesses like this stay in business? Stop encouraging them folks! It's about time for KFC to go the way of the colonel!
PS... I don't blame the employees whatsoever by the way as they are really awesome here. This fish stinks from the head down obviously. I really hope that those two people who were working the entire restaurant this evening are paid well for all of their troubles

Waaaaaaaay too slow with getting the food out. Why have drive thru if I still have to drive back around to the parking lot and wait another 10 mins for my food. It was only an order of 3 strips and fries! At least the food was hot when it finally arrived.
