I don’t know who eats white meat chicken breast original, but the kfc on south Academy are the worse kfc in the springs, never do they have chicken breast original because they have cooked a lot of extra crispy and no one wants all that batter on their chicken and they are stuck with it. Not good food or service at KFC South Academy. I would not recommend it to anyone it’s that bad.

Rolled up after lobby hours , went through drive through only to find out the deal was online only - we pulled out & ordered - although kind of annoying you need to drive through ,a 2nd time just to inform them you placed the order ? Maybe a question “ what car are your in “& then are told to go back to the front - However , the service was quick and EXTREMELY polite - they were so polite at the drive through originally & our 2nd trip back though - She couldn’t...

The staff was amazing! Even though there were a lot of customers, they were not bothered, flustered and maintained excellent customer service. I will go out of my way within the Colorado Springs area just to come back to this location.
