So I decided to give KFC a try again after a long break. They have the “Free bucket on us” with $15 purchase in the app to win back customers.
I picked the 8 piece tenders as the free item. Two Korean chicken bowls and one famous bowl. My first bite of the tender had a piece of hair. I thought it was mine. Next bite, another hair. Definitely not mine cuz it was stuck to the coating and you had to pull it out 🤮. The tenders were lukewarm, not hot and fresh. They were a bit dry. The Korean bowl was not any better. Very salty, from the fries to the nuggets.
Sigh, there was a reason I stayed away. Sadly, I will spend my money at Chic Fil A and Raising Cane’s for my chicken cravings.

Got spicy chicken sandwich. It was absolutely awful, it was over cooked and nearly no actual chicken. It was just crust all the way through.
It was awful, and suggest a better chicken place. Raising canes, or Chick-fil-A. There's really no pint in rolling the dice at this place when you can go somewhere and their food be actually consistent.

Biscuits were undercooked, chicken was half the size, fries were insanely salty. Service was OK but the food at this location was not good. I love KFC, go to a different location! I promise it’s not this bad at others!
Ordered two,2-piece.... Dark meat one original one extra crispy. After waiting ten minutes was told no dark meat available and it would take 15 min for dinners. Was asked if I wanted to wait??? After spending almost thirty bucks hell yes I'll wait. After working 14 hours need dinner for myself and eldey parent. Please be what I ordered.... Will not be back.

We were the only people in the Drive-Thru and the store had no other customers inside. It was also nowhere near closing time with the sun still up and on a weekday and yet somehow, we had to wait for like 10 minutes at the front of the store for them to make one single order of SIDES, no less.
The fast 💨 in “fast food” was 💯 missing there.

I ordered a meal consisting of a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink, and I got everything but the chicken nuggets and I also did not receive a receipt, leaving me to believe I got conned. I didn't get the nuggets and not getting the receipt makes it look like it was done on purpose because without the receipt there is no proof of purchase.
