The best King Soopers I’ve ever been to. Very clean and the employees are really nice.

I love most of the staff at this store and totally understand that hands are tied by stringent regulations but the pharmacy team has let me down for the LAST TIME!!! I left the store in tears suffering greatly for much needed medication to help me breath after serious surgery and illnesses and after issues with some of their staff, the young ones, not understanding that though I have a trach and cannot talk and I am technically dumb, they repeat the rules over and over like I’m a blooming idiot and I had to assure them that I am not stupid. In the day? Staff even at Walgreens USED to go above and beyond to help customers and have given me a few diazepam to get me by. An emergency dose let’s say. But not this team. They don’t even want to TRY!!! I am a former Kings Soopers employee from Denver stores , but I was in pure panic mode and having a breakdown because I can’t breathe and no one cared enough to offer me one diazepam to help me breathe? I’m torn as to if I will be ever using this pharmacy again. I do ALL my shopping at this store and boycott Walmart because of their poor customer and this is why I pay more on SSDI income here, now The older Pharmacist cared but I’ve had issues just last week and a few weeks before that with staff who have no patience for an old lady who is an Army Veteran, and I left the store in tears and panic last night out of gas for the week and with serious trouble breathing. This is totally unacceptable customer service and I know because as a former customer service desk employee of not ONLY King Soopers but Walmart, I learned Spanish going above and beyond to help my Hispanic speaking customers and I know I would have done a little, no a LOT more to help a customer out in so much distress. You’re welcome for my service to this once great country to give you your first amendment rights to have three of your young staff disrespect me to the point I had to bring it to a store managers attention. Where is the humanity? It’s in the past and I pray it WILL BE IN THE FUTURE AGAIN!!! Be thankful that I am a God fearing and a forgiving soul

Self checkout flagged me for 15 items. The lady came over and worked her magic on the screen. A picture of me scanning carrots came up. She asked me if I scanned them. Well, it took a picture of me scanning it! Lol She was nice, I was nice but I don't like machines accusing me of theft.

Huge selection, great prices, clean facilities, friendly pharmacy.

Shoutout to Chris in produce - 6am and always working his tail off with a smile and friendly greeting. You found a great one, don't lose him!!!
Only King Soopers worth it in the entirety of the Springs.
P.S. Management! Keep your eye on Victor, they're going places! Never ever had someone bag with so much common sense and foresight, all while maintaining friendly conversation ?

Clean and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and the pick-up department does a really good job.

I do pickup and the store is ALWAYS late. Every week I get a message saying “we’re sorry, but we’re running behind..” It doesn’t matter if I order days in advance. It is very frustrating to pick a time and never have it ready during that window.

Staff is always helpful

I really like going to the store but the pick up option sucks so much! I ordered my stuff with a day in advance and pick a specific time and they always send me a message saying “ We're sorry, but we're running behind with your King Soopers Pickup order. We'll let you know when it's ready for pickup.” It never fails! And they don’t delay it for a hour…they delay it for several hours! Why give me the option to choose a time when you guys are going to end up changing it to whatever time you guys want.

I love the cheese section.

This particular store is great,always well stocked and the staff is delightful. I get a hot lunch at the deli counter 2 times a week and I'm never disappointed. 3 course meal with a Hawaiian roll for six bucks,can't beat it.

Wife got a pick up order yesterday and got fruit for my lunches. All the oranges were rotten. This is pathetic. Don't pass off bad fruit on us because we are not there to check ourselves. Very disappointed. We spend thousands of dollars there. I'm sure nobody cares. We'll. Just a warning ⚠️ Your fruit will not be fresh.

Mum gets the best dog treats here and we alwayshelp her unpack 'em!
