Poorly ran bakery. Our ticket was moved 7 spots down from people who ordered after us, just for ordering two bowls of soup. Had we not said something we would’ve been there an hour waiting for food. Meanwhile everyone else got theirs. The girl at the register doesn’t have a great attitude. Food was served on a dirty plate, the bathroom was trashed and one of the stalls was clogged up, the dirty dish/trashcan was over flowing with dishes and trash. Not a good experience and will be the last time we eat there!

Their sourdough bread is delicious, and the drive-thru window makes it easy to purchase.

Pleasantly suprised! My S/O and I wanted to try a new place for Vday, were celebrating today and decided on here. I will say we sadly did not get one of our drinks but we understand things happen when using door dash. Even with the lack of second drink, the chai tea was divine and the food was top tier! The BLT was alot bigger then expected and packed with bacon, before I knew it my S/O finished their French dip and baguette lol. The chocolate dome had a crisp shell but super creamy interior. Thank you guys for such a good early Vday meal ❤️❤️❤️

Food is excellent, as is the service. Clearly fresh baked bread, fresh ingredients, and delicious pastries. It's a bit pricey, but their combo includes sandwich, side, drink, and pastry/dessert, so it's a good value

The french toast is awesome! As well as their parmesan chips, cookies, and desserts.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant area is packed with tables, which make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair.

Once again today (1/14/2025) the drive through is CLOSED and since I am handicapped I can't walk in. Why is this drive through closed all the time?! Why does this company hate handicapped people?

Kneaders is a more upscale and homemade/ healthier Panera Bread.

My husband and I absolutely love kneaders. We mainly go for their sandwiches, soups and occasionally treat ourselves to their baked goods.
They also have loaves or bread and baguettes for sale and you can plan ahead for their pies for the holidays!
They have very creative gift baskets and serving dishes/trays for sale.

The service is always very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly - but the food does not taste anywhere near fast food.

Wheelchair accessibility: Just needing more space to maneuver a wheelchair or even a walker inside the restaurant. Need a handicap height table for chairs to fit in close.

I enjoyed my meal here but my companion did not like hers. The counter staff were very nice even though they were overwhelmed by holiday traffic. The eating area was small and there was no where to go to get away from the screaming children.
