10 dollars for a drink is insane, brought 10 dollars in with me and the total came out to 10.01 and had to use my card, and then on top of that asked me to tip. It’s not the employees faults at all, but these prices are insane, I can’t even tip them if my drink is 10.

It has been pretty good on my recent visits. But, yesterday I was truly disappointed. There was an advertisement on the strawberry shortcake cans. There was none in the afternoon and they didn't work with me in any way, nor apologized. False advertisement.
today we bought 5 cups of milk tea. it was the worst to drink so far. it was bland. and no tea flavor, just milk. not sure if they changed owners. but i really like this place. but today i was very disappointed. i probably will never drink here again

The gentleman was a little rude when I asked him a question. The tone he had when he answered sounded like he was annoyed that I asked him a question. Asked for a receipt and he never gave me one. There was a lady working with him and they spent more time talking about her getting hit on at a party the night before rather than help the customers. 2 stars because the drinks were good.

Good boba tea! 2 types of boba (among a huge list of other toppings): honey boba and brown sugar boba. Both are yummy. Lots of options - I'm sure they have something to make everyone happy!
