They got their parking lot back! We moved here from Chicago, land of amazing pizza on every corner (not just deep dish either) and this is our go to pizza spot. Quality pies with good ingredients and a reasonable price point. Far from pretentious, Leon Gessi has a nostalgic quality that will resonate with most. Good boneless wings and salads as well!

Best New York style pizza in town. Whole pies and individual slices with generous toppings available for dine-in or takeout. This place is a bit of a time warp for me reminding me of the neighborhood pizza joints I used to frequent back in Brooklyn. The only thing missing is the paper plate!

Leon Gessi’s is by far the best and most delicious pizza in Colorado Springs! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, delicious food. Their pizza has that “omg mouth watering, to die for” cheese pull everytime! If I could give 10 stars to this place, I definitely would

Alright I’ve been waiting to try this for a minute but the first issue is the cheese sticks probably the biggest waste of money ever little ceasers has better cheese sticks then this place. Secondly I don’t know where they learned how to New York style pizza but they definitely need to go hit a refresher course on how to do it the cheese was like low level quality and barely any sauce on the pizza. You could get better pizza from any of the chain pizza restaurants for half the price. Highly recommend trying somewhere else.

Sandwich was 10 dollars and hardly had any meat on it. The pizza was ok but barely had any cheese on it. I was not impressed with the food. It was a bad value overall. Literally my Italian sandwich had about 50 cents worth of ham on it and maybe 26
5 cents worth of pepperoni. There also must be a shortage of onions? The sandwich cake with a tiny bag of chips. So way overpriced. We won't go there again.

Very good Leon's Hot Italian Sub. Old, bare bones dining area. Great piped music. Limited table service, must order from counter.
