I welcome contact from Leon’s, my issue is with takeout service, not with the food quality.I called in an order for a single pie, and was told it would be ready for takeout in 25 minutes. When I arrived as instructed, I checked in with the cashier, expecting to pay & go.When I arrived, there was a line of 12-15 patrons lined up. I bypassed the line and presented myself at the register. The cashier had a couple other things going, so I grabbed his attention when I could. I notified the cashier I was here to pick up my call-in order.He then directed me to wait at the back of the line of 12-15 people. After noting the line hadn’t moved at all in the time since I arrived, I left.I hope I missed something, but couldn’t stomach the idea of waiting another 20 minutes for an order I was told to pick up in 25. I’d love to see a management response, I was actually excited to patronize the local joint in my new neighborhood. Leon’s is a Springs institution, and they do good food, no question!
