Little Caesars Pizza

Went through the drive through and the LOVELY person working at the window took the time to hand us two handfuls of dog treats (they were in a sling) for our puppy in the car without us even having to ask! Followed by two handfuls of napkins lol (our puppy is an Rottweiler and there was absolutely tons of slobber). Our family has been going through so much lately and this random act of kindness warmed our hearts so much. Give this employee a raise!

ordered the new four in one and crazy stick combo 20 minutes ago and just got a regular pepperoni pizza :( sat on the phone for 15 minutes on two different calls and didn’t speak to a single human. really disappointed :(

Horrible customer service, first pizza was under cooked, second pizza was burnt , crazy bread and sauce was horrible!

The drive through was broken and there were no signs to notify people. They were super slow. The girl serving a pizza dropped on one out of the box and put it back in there

This is my go-to location for exceptional customer service and fresh food. The lunch hour person is consistently friendly and courteous. The food is hot and ready tasting right.

“Hot and ready,” after you wait 15-20 minutes for pepperoni and cheese pizzas. They had zero ready. I watched a staff member make crazy bread with no gloves on. The quality and service here isn’t what it was.

Was delivered someone else order. I had ordered from the store and was told by very rude person they still had my order and no offer to remake or contact person who we had their food.

My husband went to get pur family dinner meanwhile having our baby and toddler in the car. He purposefully went to the location with the drive through so he didn't have to get the kids out of the car. The lady got the orders "mixed up" and didn't even know what he ordered before asking him. Then told him it would be about 15 minutes of a wait. After waiting 45 minutes I had to stay on the phone in the car with our kids while he ran inside to see what was going on. My husband asked for a refund which they refused to give him and told him to get out of the store before giving him his full purchase. This staff needs to be properly trained on how to effectively get the ordered flowing correctly and how to have decent customer service. ABSOLUTLY NOT OKAY.

5 stars because they do as advertised well. Atmosphere is walk in get pizza walk out, it's just a plain space no frills and that's fine. Food is what it is. Again, they do it well for what it is. Service is top-notch, but they mislabeled a pizza once, I ate it when I got home, and sausage with mushroom was fine, but I had a pepperoni itch to scratch, oh well. I now check what's in the box before I leave.
