Little Caesars Pizza

WILL NOT RETURN.
I tried several times to place an order online, with multiple payment methods but kept receiving an error message. I called in to the store, per the directions in the error message and explained to the employee who took my order that the website wouldn't allow me to place an order which included the application of a coupon. She informed me that she would talk to her manager about applying that coupon. I arrived at the store and asked about the coupon when I was given the full amount as my total. She said she would go ask her manager and yelled to someone in the back – not sure why it wasn't already asked. The manager came to the register and asked what I wanted to order. I explained that I'd already ordered, my issue with the online system, and asked if she could help me with the coupon. Without a moment of consideration, she immediately said "No, unfortunately that's for online orders." I explained again that I had tried multiple times to place an order online— including with the card I ended up using to pay for the order in store, and asked if there was anything at all she could do (the coupon was $3 off for reference. Not an exorbent amount). Again she immediately said no. There was no attempt at making the situation better or providing any kind of real customer service. I paid the $35 for my order and stated I would not be returning to this location. She gave no response or literally any indication that she cared, as a "manager", employee, or representative of LC, that she had provided bad service or effectively lost a customer.

For $35 I could've gotten pizza anywhere else (and usually do), but my family has requested LC so I gave it a try for the first time in years. Absolutely would never return to this location, solely based on my experience with this manager. It wasn't about the $3, it was the principle. This was a simple situation and an easy way to turn an inconvenience into a positive interaction. Things happen, but any amount of effort could've resulted in my giving this location another chance. Whomever runs the store/or LC should definitely have a conversation/retraining with this manager about customer service.

I'm in the process of waiting for a delivery right now. I know it's doordash but having to wait already an hour for 2 pizzas definitely wasn't worth the convenience of delivery, or the tip I gave.

I work nearby and go over to get pizza routinely and I'm always greeted warmly by Trev & the gang. Love the vibe and tunes playing, always a positive experience ? The deep dish is my go-to!!

I tried the new pizza puffs. They were good, hot, and not a lot of sauce! They should be cooked 1-2min less though because they were very dark & crispy, borderline burnt on top.

No longer hot and ready, now it's hot and will be ready pretty soon. If Colorado Springs wasn't a pizza desert Little Caesars probably wouldn't make the cut.

Kid-friendliness: No one takes their kids here. There is a quarter fed pinball machine for them to beg to play while you pick up your pizza.

You don’t choose Little Caesars, Little Caesars chooses you. The employees at this store choose to do better than any other Little Caesars I’ve experienced.
I’m pretty sure they did nothing more than be more patient with the bake, the bubbles in the cheese, the crispy crust, made the flavors merge like I’ve not experienced straight out the orange box before. A simple extra most bestest being best at being bestest by being done just right.
Next time Little Caesars is my most sensible affordable option, I hope I’m near this location. Thanks for making little Caesar’s more than a compromise. BRB.

Went into store ordered 2 Pizzas, one a stuffed crust pepperoni and one regular pepperoni, picked up pizzas left got home and guess what no stuffed crust called store was told to bring it back how when family is already eating it??? Young kid on the phone was a total Douchbag hung up when I told him I wouldn’t be coming back and it was their mistake and not mine!!!!! So now I will not be buying pizza from this location when they Can Not even follow this simplest of instructions!!! Please see pictures and tell me where there is cheese inside the crust????
