Little Caesars Pizza

Good food, good price. It’s Little Caesars, not some bespoke brick oven gourmet place — if you’re looking for an inexpensive pizza that taste good, this will do the job. Plus, their staff is courteous and attentive. On Veterans Day they had a line out the door for hours and maintained cheerful and professional demeanors. Plenty of businesses don’t put forth the effort to recognize vets — this place did, and did it well. This franchise deserves your business if for no other reason than that.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through drive through this afternoon and placed an order. We ordered one pizza, one order of crazy bread, and two orders of buffalo wings. 10 minutes the lady said. Cool 10 minutes. We parked in the corner and waited as told. 20 minutes passed. It was getting closer to THIRTY MINUTES. I got down and politely asked how much longer will I be waiting? The worker replied 5 minutes. Again I sat down and politely waited. Not to mention my order was out in the counter and when she saw me she placed it in the warming rack. I would say we waited a total of 40 minutes if anything. Once we got our food I grabbed two ranch from the front displays. (99 cents btw). And we walked away. The older lady then stormed out and said she was getting a picture of my plates. She then proceeded to call me entitled. Sorry ma’am you’re pushing 40 and this 19 year old is schooling you in a tesla. I remained calmed and explain our frustration. We ended up leaving but don’t go here. Save your time and choose another location. And for the cherry on top our pizza was cold, and the crazy bread looked like below. As a business owner ourselves this is not anyway to treat customers.

This place sucks, I rather drive to Austin Bluffs. They take for ever so t even know the orders and don’t even bother to slices the pizza

We were really pleased with friendliness and good hospitality of the crew at the Stetson hills store. They had our huge orders done in a timely manner on Halloween when they we're really busy. We will definitely be using them again. Walmart really appreciates all you did for our store. Thank you again

ordered a tonight at 5:19 pm over the phone, the person who took the order told my wife 25 mins, i showed up at 5:40pm I paid for the pizza the cashier told me it was in the oven, i waited about 6:10 i asked again the manager Tina told me it was in the oven so the times don't add up cashier told me at 5:40 it was in the oven then at 6:10 still in the oven by the manager come on so i questioned her about the process and the manager Tina was Rude and very impatient i wasn't the only one waiting i come to this Little Caesars about every 2 weeks i get they were busy but the manager didn't need to be rude finally got the pizza almost an hour later won't go back there for a while

Went to pick up a reward hot n ready pizza for my 6 yr old, he loves LC. We waited at least 5 minuets before anyone even came to the register, even though 3 other employees looked at me standing there. Ordered pizza and new cheesesteak things. Afters 20 MINUTES of waiting I finally asked what's going on. They never got working on the cheesesteak things. I asked for a refund on the missed order, she couldn't do it. I asked if the pizza was ready, and it was already cold. Not only did I walk out without my full order, but my son didn't enjoy his pizza at all. The person was rude and unaccomodating, offered me a free cheesesteak order when I come back. I won't be back to get it.

We've been coming for awhile, but since the General manager has left in the middle of August, the service, food and environment all around had gone down. I will not be back to this restaurant. I will not suggest this place to friends. If I could rate this place either a Zero instead of a one on this review I totally would!

Called in my order just to get there and have to wait 40min literally on top of that for a beef pizza. Do not order from this place, its a joke they have one person making pizzas while the other staff walk around and watch.

We ordered our food at the drive-thru and they said they would bring it out but it took 45 minutes and they still didn't bring it out. They have a big window on the side of the building where you can see the pizzas being made and our pizzas were sitting there for about 15 minutes and all of the workers were just talking so we went inside. And keep in mind they were not busy or anything and none of the workers even acknowledges us but eventually we got our pizza. Really bad experience. This has happened multiple times with very slow services even when they are not busy. Save yourself time and get pizza somewhere else

Generally a disaster getting pizza here. Drive the extra up to woodmen and Lexington and go there.
