Little Caesars Pizza

I go to this location frequently as it’s very close to my house, usually it’s okay and quick friendly service. However, last night I went in for a classic pep, they had one ready as they usually do. When she handed it to me though, I could tell the pizza was very old.. the box wasn’t even the slightest bit warm. The person who helped me was not friendly, they barely said 2 words to me. Another person was stocking sodas and I went to grab a 2 liter, they made it seem like I was a burden on their flow for having to grab a soda from the other side of which they were stocking. I get home literally 2 minutes away and open the pizza, it’s hard cold to the touch like it’s been sitting out for probably hours. Something I’d eat out of the fridge next day or something. What happened to “hot” and ready? Pathetic

I would’ve waited the 5-7 minutes or whatever it takes to make a fresh one had she been honest and not given me one she knew had just been sitting out for an extended period of time.

This contractor promised a timeline and budget and delivered on both. That’s rare these days, and we’re so grateful!

The food and customer service is always great here. The area is absolutely not. There's always sketchy people wandering around outside.

We stopped in to try the pepperoni crazy puffs and were not disappointed.
This is your typical Little Caesar pickup spot and was the closest to us in Monument, CO.
The puffs are a great addition to the menu. I hope they stay, but be sure to get yours before they are gone.

Once again...15. Dollars and 2 pizzas later, my boys did not fuss about the salad they had to eat first. Grandmama for the win!

The best service i’ve quite frankly ever received. Griffen was very charismatic. He gave my autistic son a free bouncy ball. We felt so welcome.

I ordered at 12:30, bunch school age kids there..the young man that took my order was very polite and didn't seem bothered by the high school patrons.

You're only getting five stars because of your employee Maddie. I'm not sure if that's how you spell it but she is amazing and literally is the Pinnacle of customer service. If you have a chance make her the CEO please.

Got charged $9 for a lunch combo, waited TWENTY minutes to be told that they don't have any pizzas ready, after people who ordered the same item after me had gotten there's already. Was told it'd be another 5 minutes, which was the third or fourth time I had been told that. Took a token for a free pizza but I'm not willing to come back, I'd rather drive across town. I love little caesars every now and then but $9 for a lunch combo + the wait + being told "oh sorry we don't have any ready actually" after the wait.
