Local Relic was absolutely worth a visit. The staff was helpful, the beer was unique enjoyable, the food was good, and the old church setting made the experience all the more fun!I really liked the fact that I could have ordered cocktails and wine if I wanted (though I stuck with beer.)As others have mentioned, the acoustics are not the best, so the venue can be quite loud. I’m not overly bothered by noise, so no issue for me.Altogether, will visit again!

Drinking inside an old church, that's cool! Flights available with 4 beers. Fast and friendly service. Multiple businesses inside. Great place.

Such a cool space. It's like a food court, but for drinks. There's a cocktail bar and a wine bar. Local Relic serves absolutely interesting beers for the curious. They had probably 16 single barrel batches on tap so they rotate often. I had a fenugreek stout and a mushroom rosemary saison. They had others I'd love to try too. Additionally, they gave a few guest taps because that seems to be the kind of people they are.The food was delicious, and would go well with wines and cocktails too.

This is one of most favorite places to go in Colorado Springs. Their Sanctuary Salad and Salmon Tostadas are delicious and our regular go-to!

Hands down one of my favorite spots in COS! There is something for everyone here. They have a cocktail bar, wine bar and brewery. For the beer and the wine they are generous with their samples. You can try diffent beers and wine before committing to a glass. The wine section is phenomenal! The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about the wide variety of wines offered and made lots of good recommendations. The food was great! The dip trio was so flavorful. I loved the pea dip the best. Portions are quite large. Price is very good for the value. Flavors are unique. Ambience is AMAZING! I mean it doesn't get better than local relic. It's an old church after all!

The Carter Payne group has re-purposed this 100 years old church into a co-op space shared by Local Relic, a nano brewery specializing in farmhouse ales, Araucana Bespoke Cocktails and Crusade urban winery. I ordered with the bartender behind the counter at Local Relic. After ordering my flight of 4 small tasters (maybe 3-4oz) at ~$10 I was invited to sit down at one of the tables inside where I was served cold water from my own carafe. I was presented with a menu curated by the the Carter Payne group but as only the appetizers were open to me at 3pm, nothing appeared tantalizing enough and at such an odd hour. Their brews are clean, but VERY experimental. For instance, the Rubbed Sage Saison was certainly true to its name but way to herbal for my taste. I even spied a Thai Tea Stout on their menu. Their IPA's were strangely earthy, but tasted clean at the very least. Although strange and unconventional, their ales at least consistently followed a very rustic, farmhouse trend. One small complaint -- I yearned for colder beers as my tasters were approaching ambient temps and did, therefore, lack that much yearned for crispness. Certainly a cool, unique setting to be sipping on some cold ones, without a doubt.
