Food was extra salty. In particular the wings, French onion soup. One of the cooks even mentioned that customers were returning food so he started only seasoning one side of the wings. Waitress was fantastic though!

First time there and I am definitely going again. The steak was perfect 👌.

This was our first time at Longhorn and we had a great experience. The steak was tender and delicious, our waiter was attentive and fun and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend!

Great food and good service.

The Filet was Horrible and The Parmesan Chicken was almost too Salty to eat. Very Disappointing. On the Bright Side, poor server Stephanie was Outstanding!

Great steak salads!

It was not crowded. The waiter Jason is great with our service to. He is kind, funny and very good doing his job. I recommend going there. He won't remember you but I sure remember him. Loved the food. I will definitely be back for more!

My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday dinner and even though our section was a little busy, Dorian, our server did an AMAZING job! We will definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again. Thank you!

Been coming here since they've opened. Food quality seems to have gone down since it's early days. Service was okay. The cook on the steak was perfect but the quality wasn't anywhere near as good as it used to be. We ordered the rib eye and the pork chops. 2 of the 3 pork chops were good, but one was very very dry. The restaurant was clean as always.

I'll preface this by saying the problem was NOT with our server. She was great, and unfortunately we saddled her with a large group that needed several checks. If we ever go back (doubtful!), I'm just going to pay for it all and settle up later. That said, the manager of this location is a joke. He quite literally hid in the back. Despite several requests to speak with him, he absolutely refused to deal with any of us. It was a perfect storm of errors. We were made to wait over an hour despite calling ahead. I can overlook that because we were a large group, and the group sitting at the last table we needed basically refused to leave. At any rate, after all that the food we were served was good and for the most part accurate, although they need to learn the difference between medium rare and raw. It was nothing special. You can get better steaks at Outback. Chain is as chain does. Drinks from the bar took forever. The biggest problem came with splitting the check. We were all asked what went on what check, then time started going by. Half hour, 45 minutes, nearly 90 minutes later and they couldn't get the checks straight. Again, the manager refused to jump in and, you know, DO HIS JOB. Nothing was comped, no discount, no apologies, and he basically threw his server under the bus. IT WASN'T HER FAULT. Reading other reviews, I see that large groups and this particular manager are a problem. Hey Longhorn, get it together.

Happy customer

When you come to a steakhouse, you show up with expectations. A great steak is based on taste and preparation. We went to Longhorn looking for a well prepared steak. I ordered the longhorn outlaw 20oz. B/c I was really in the mood for a great big steak. When I received the steak it was a good bit overcooked. The wait staff and the manager were very quick to accommodate us and brought out a perfectly cooked steak, second time is a charm. The steak was great, I could not ask for anything more from staff and management.

I will most certainly be back as customer service is a top priority here!!!

This is really hard for me to write because just thinking about it have me upset and sick….. the out right racism I witnessed tonight was horrible…. A staff member was returning from break I assume whom saw my car in a parking spot for pick up…. This woman was already looking at me with the nastiest look on her face….. not bothered we continued to wait two more cars pull in to which same lady comes out looking into my car again nasty look… go over to other to cars non blacks 😏 smiling laughing we asked hey can you check on our order with a attitude no doubt she ask for name on order…. Few moments later she return with the order but with another co worker chaperoning her….. why? This was the most degrading feeling ever as if she was scared to deliver our food…… after reaching out to manager I’m here …… horrible feeling to witness! Do Better

The lady at the bar was wonderful. My wife and I had a seat in the bar area last week. I ordered a Sirloin steak MEDIUM RARE - it was awful. Absolutely overcooked, dry, and a fair amount of grizzle. Very disappointing. Your staff, however, made it an enjoyable experience. We did not send the steak back as the lady at the bar was “run off her feet.” We asked for a manager on the way out but were told that the manager very rarely leaves the office…puzzled. Interesting, having ust read previous reviews, it would seem the “manager” is often AWOL…

We called ahead like we were asked to do , got in and still waited an hour . The manger Jeff was super rude over the phone saying “ next time “ call when you’re on the way . Which was extremely unnecessary to say . The waiters/waitress’ were nice for the most part but outside of that my party felt like we were rushed even though we were sat an hour later . Food will always be great .
