Great food! If you're looking for a ribeye or ribs, look know further. The consistency of the food is unmatched. You may go in hungry, but you'll leave full and, most importantly, completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse over TRH anytime.

We put our names on the online waitlist for Sunday April 14th around 7pm. We attempted to call the store numerous times to see if the wait time was truly only 20 minutes and to add 2 to our party, but no one would answer the phone. When we arrived we were not greeted by anyone. Finally we talked to the hostess telling her we had two more join our party than what we originally put on the waitlist. Hostess was very rude sighing and stating that will make our wait “longer” but refused to tell us if it was 10 minutes longer or an hour longer. We told her we attempted to call numerous times and hostess informed us “they never answer their phone as we are too busy”. Why have a phone then? And busy was an excuse as when we got there, there were over 10 empty parking spaces and multiple empty tables in the establishment. We could see an empty round table big enough for our party from the hostess stand…. While dealing with the rude hostess, the manager was dealing with customers to the side that had an issue and wanted a gift card as compensation. We were then told to leave and we will get a text when our table is ready. No estimated wait time or anything. Well we sure did leave and went straight to Texas Roadhouse instead! They got our party of 7 seated in 15-20 minutes even though the parking lot was packed and almost every table was full!! We had the best customer service there and will be returning there to spend our money.

Food was 8/10. Tasted right, but seemed like it made in a rush. Wait staff are doing their best (and deserve full tips) but appeared overwhelmed and taking care of too many things at once resulting in slow service.

We were sold on the "special" 20 oz handcut steak. You get 2 sides and a free appetizer.The flavor of all food was fantastic. Waiter top notch.The issue we had was the steak was 50% fat. The manager said the cut if steak has that much fat because of marbling. Marbling yes, 50% fat no. She said that's how it is and walked away.Either she's clueless on the difference between fat and marbling, or they push to sell a 10 oz steak at 20 oz prices.BTW, don't go by what you see in the case because those steaks have marbling and NOT the fat like in our steaks.
Took my best friend for her birthday and everything was great! Food was amazing, sick chicken bites perfectly tender and crispy with a slight kick. Steak perfectly cooked to specified temperatures, delicious rice pilaf, tasty fries and dipping sauce.Raspberry tea is also wonderfully tasty.

New update: food has gone down hill, down from 5 stars to 2. Steakhouse serves warm, not hot steak. It was sent back and came back warmer, not hot. By then, everyone else in my party was done eating.

I have been to this place twice now. Both times, the food was great ,the service even better. Last night Jeremy was my server and he did an excellent job. I definitely will come back so far It's my favorite place to eat in Colorado for steak.
