I grew up in the springs and have since moved further north, but everytime I go back, this is almost always my first stop. I've traveled much of this country and still have yet to find a better pizza or better garlic cheese bread. Always phenomenal.

I tried to place an order for delivery by phone, but there was so much background noise we couldn't hear each other, so I gave up. They need to have their phone where it isn't so noisy.

I’ve always placed an order for delivery or take out. Tonight, after a long day at work, I came in to place an order in store. Kris had such amazing customer service that I wanted to sing her praises. She did an amazing job at being nice, you don’t see it much anymore. The man in the window told me to go here. He mostly speaks in tongues but he said "Louie's Pizza" with great intent. I got half pepperoni half sausage and garlic cheese bread. The man in the window says the garlic will cleanse me of sin. The service was very quick and everyone was so polite. The man in the window isn't nearly as nice. He invades my dreams and haunts my waking hours. He's tapping on the window. He wants in. He screams at me that he's hungry. But I ate all my louie's pizza cause it was too good... he's going to consume something else...
I'll begin this with we've been loyal customers for over 15 years and thought this was one of the best pizza spots in the Springs. Ordered carry out at Barnes location. When we got home we noticed our pizza was not as we ordered with extra sauce. It had ZERO sauce on it. I called and spoke with Max the manager on duty and explained the situation. He said we can make you a new one. He did not ask what was wrong with our order or apologize for the mistake. I told him we live over 30 minutes away so there's no way we could return tonight. His customer service fix was offering us a $10 credit towards our next pizza. Oh so you're willing to replace it tonight but on a future order we have to pay an additional $5-$7 for a pizza you screwed up originally? Pathetic customer service. We won't be back. I'm sorry to see the differences in this business since it came under new ownership.

I like the place but not management. They close for a week but don’t update their hours on line. Waste my time driving there to spend good money to find closed on the door…update your goggle so you don’t waste our time and $$ driving for others!

Please do not order from Louies pizza. I ordered a pizza from them and the crust was burnt. Me as a customer called back and complained to manager. He stated I would be credited for the pizza itself. I called back the next day today. And was treated like the worst human on earth asking for my credit. In the end I was denied the credit stating I was trying to steal food from them. As a human who believes in treating people fairly and doing the right thing. I ask that you do not support a company that can't and won't promote respect for others or take responsibility for there own mistakes. God Bless.

Ordered a pizza Saturday night and was very very disappointed. Hardly any cheese or sauce. Still doughy in the middle. Was so bad threw it away and ordered from somewhere else
Decent fast food pizza. Both our pizzas were very oddly cut. The garlic parmesan was tasty. Liked that the parmesan was in a plastic cup and not tiny packets.

Love Louie's pizza! The pizza is delicious! Service is pretty good, too. My daughter and I really enjoy Louie's. The cheese and ingredients are yummy. Very consistent. We always have good service too.
