My roomate and I both got sick from a pizza we ordered 09/09/25. Not only did I get sick but I two days wages because I'm a self-employed contractor and wasn't able to go to work past few days from the food poisoning.

We went in for lunch to the Barnes location. We received amazing service & an amazing lunch deal! Their pizza & cheese bread are absolutely delicious & affordable as a regular go-to pizza spot! 🍕❤️

I ordered a pizza with a delivery ETA of 60 minutes. After 80 minutes with no delivery, I called to check on the order. The employee told me the pizza was still in the oven because they were busy. When I asked why no one let me know the order would be late, they gave excuses, never apologized, and didn’t offer any discount or refund for the inconvenience. We had to ask them for a refund ourselves and all they could offer was $15. The service was very unprofessional, and I will not be ordering from here again.

I really like louies pizza overall but I enjoy this one over the tussle location because they don't mess our order up. They are fast and friendly as well.

Three years later, my review of Louie's has changed. We ordered pizza and a calzone tonight and while the employees were so nice, the food was not great. Pizza was bland, cheesy bread was really salty, and the canzone was so soggy. So bummed!
By far the best pizza I've had in Springs. The dining area at the Barnes location isn't the nicest but the employees are great and the pizza is amazing. When we ordered delivery, it was fast and still hot. Our go-to pizza place.

Ugh. So sad. Louie’s was always our favorite. $63 for school cafeteria pizza and wings is unheard of. The cheesy bread used to be the best in town. Now the extra large for $9.99 is smaller than the old little boxes of greasy delicious cheesy sticks. Now it’s dry and in a bigger box so they can charge more. Pizza dry. Crust DRY DRY. I never would mind dropping $50/$60 there before - now I will never go back. 😫

Taste is fine. I just had to wait an additional 30 min after the scheduled pick-up time. They didn’t even offer to discount my food because of the long wait. Also, $60 for two pizzas and cheesy bread is robbery.
Your website says there is a discount for picking up in store, I walked in and ordered today and just compared to your website. There is no discount and a medium pizza and cheese bread should not be $25.

The reason this is the absolute best pizza in town is because the owner has filled the staff here with loving and kind individuals. We all know that love is the key ingredient in making anything from pancakes to spaghetti. This is the best pizza in town which is a fact not an opinion, anyone that doesn’t agree with that simply doesn’t know food
